Lovely and enjoyable family holiday, plenty to do, beach nearby, staff were fantastic and plenty of choice of food throughout the day - we had an amazing time!

Food service is plentiful but questionably cooked maybe suitable for older clientele Decor was fresh and clean Very high balconies available on Severn floors. Entertainment available Friendly staff, late checkout available for fee till late, heating in room balcony and french doors very nice

I am very pleased with my 5 days stay at Aluasun hotel with my kids All the staff were fantastic especially Maga. She explained everything to my understanding and always smilling. The food was very tasty with varieties to choose from. I will stay here over and over again and I have already recommended the hotel to my friends Thank you Aluasun for having us, we shall come back soon x

Good - Vegetarian food was ok, provison of room to take bath after you have checked out . Bad- Air conditioner wasn't great, pool facing rooms were hot and noisy.

Unfortunately we don’t have much good to say about this hotel after raising complaints daily about the state of our room each day we was told there was no alternative room and to raise the complaint via email… we have raised a complaint three times via the email provided with numerous pictures of the state of the room no reply at all. The whole time we was passed pillow to post no body tried to rectify the cleanliness of the room it’s a shame I don’t have a section to upload the photos as I would upload each and every one of them… I hope to receive a reply at some point via email! But I’m not holding my hopes high at this point! Same goes for Expedia them selves not helpful at all after raising all the issues with them also!

We were a family of 4 staying at the hotel for 1 week, wished we had booked longer! Our 10 and 7 year old had the best week, they met some lovely friends and split their time between the football pitch and pool. Entertainment staff were great for children and adults and the food is as you would expect with a 4 star all inclusive, everyone always found something to eat but we did eat out a couple of nights just for a bit of a change.

I have nothing to add, this venue is perfect for families and the AluaSun brand was upheld here.

Very noisy in the diningroom and nowwhere to sit outside and eat. No all inclusive outside. (For example icecream) But the food was very good and much to choose from.

Hotel is well presented and kept lovely an clean. Food options were great with plenty of choice. Pools are kept in great condition with nightly cleaning as is the pool area with plenty of sun beds an terraces to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment team (especially VALENTINO) will just make your holiday!! He is so much fun around the pool, happy, energetic and so friendly, I've never seen everyone laugh an smile so much around him, he makes you want to join in but doesn't push if you dont want to. He absolutely made my holiday, he loves his job an it really shows. The hotel is great but it is definitely him that would make me book again. All in all a great holiday, with plenty of laughs, smiles an a full tummy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good pool side facilities and games for children, evening entertainment was ok. Very close to the lovely beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Aluasun. The food was nice, the pool area was great and the staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. However some of the basic amenities were lacking andnwere not really representative of a 4 star hotel. For example there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, lotion, coffee, nothing in the minibar and the walls were paper thin meaning adjacent guests returning can easily wake you up. Also the wifi signal made it unusable and my husband had to use up his data. A bit annoying when we had paid for this service.

Brilliant clean hotel good entertainment during day. Family rooms are very goid size. Only down side at top of fairly steep hill.

very clean, friendly hotel

This hotel is very much a family hotel with lots of children about. The entertainment and facilities looked good for them tho I was with adults. Food was very good, room pleasant tho a bit noisey at night from corridors and rooms next door and above even tho they weren’t being overly loud you could still hear music and talking. If I was being picky the bathroom could have done with a deep clean to floor tiles etc but was still clean with towels changed daily.

Great Hotel with wonderfull staff.

we arrived at the hotel around 11am and was checked in immediately, we were given a room on floor 2 over looking a side street, we decided we wanted a room higher up or on the pool side of the hotel and went to reception and asked if one was available, the information sheet we where given at check in advised you could upgrade to poolside for a few extra euros a night. We were immediately given room 342 overlooking the pool at no extra charge. I had read the reviews which detailed the poolside rooms where noisy but we didn't find this a problem, once you shut the sliding doors you could't really hear anything and we all slept well - the only night we where woken was when a thunder and lightning storm hit at 2.30am, we sat on the balcony just watching the lightning oh and a naked man running up the street in the rain! (very funny). the rooms are basic, we are a family of 3 one a teenager, and the room was big enough for us. Food - was good, always a wide choice, even the fussy teenager managed to find something to eat each day - the bacon on the grill was fab! Entertainment - by the pool each day was fun - it was great watching all the activites that the kids and adults took part in. In the evening it started with "mini disco" followed by Bingo and then the "show" each night it was something different. The beach was within walking distance, as where the bars and nightclubs which where full of 18 - 30 year olds having a great time! We would go again

Rooms basic. Storage not great. The daily queue starting 7am for the doors opening 8.30am highlights lack of sun beds. Hotel clean but basic.

Good hotel for a 3 star. Food not amazing but overall good value.
