The Furniture ist like in a Hardware Store, cheap and worn out. The Bathroom ist old and moldy. They are also many Spider Web in the room and a minibar stand like a vacuum cleaner under the table. Cleanliness is generally terrible. For a daily rqate over 250,00 Euro you can better stay in a Hilton Hotel. Additionally you must pay 21,- Euros für Parkin per day, but not suffiecient Places are on the Hotel Area. We think the Hotel will only make money we the direktly view to teh beach. Please note also, that the sun loungers costs 30,- Euros per day. Our meaning: Rip off. Dont stay in this old Hotel.

well, the front desk staff was nice, the rooms are just ok, the restaurant is overwhelmed and we were after the busy season. Of note is the beach area, and the city of Piran to walking distance. the dining area could use some decorating! it feels like a hospital cafeteria, bright white lights included

We loved staying here and the location was perfect. It was nice and quiet but a very short, scenic walk from the old town. Great swimming behind the hotel and the breakfast was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!

Staff were really helpful and the hotel was right on the coast. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t walk into the city, but we were able to arrange pick up and drop off with the hotel shuttle bus. Loved Piran!

Interesting hotel in a quiet location.

The staff were so lovely throughout the trip. Sebastian always gave us tips and Lara was very helpful throughout. We enjoyed the stay, and did lots of hike’s around the surrounding area. They even let us shower in the afternoon after check out. Thank you!

A perfect place to stay for a relaxed stay by the Slovenian seaside - just outside the gorgeous town of Piran. A bit funky, clean and easy place to stay, nice breakfast, terrific restaurant if you aren’t eating in town and the staff couldn’t be more helpful with travel advice and arrangements. Particular thanks to Marino- he just made things easy for us - polite, courteous and flexible 😁. Short, easy, safe walk around the seafront to the village. Loved it!

Hotel experience was good. Staff always helpful and attentive. Only negative was the beach experience. There are sun loungers reserved for hotel guests but the area itself is open to the public and is not supervised by the hotel staff, so it’s very much ‘every man for himself’. So at busy times things can get quite tense and confrontational

I thought I had managed my expectations before arrival but they quickly dropped even lower once I arrived. The hotel is extremely dated and tired. I didn’t understand the style and decor the hotel was trying to achieve and it all seemed a little bizarre. Very overpriced in my opinion. Parking is a nightmare! One of the reasons we chose the location was to avoid stressful and expensive parking in the centre of Piran but it was not to be. We had a sea view room at first floor with no balcony. The room was an ok size but pretty sparse. The bathroom was pretty basic but everything worked. We were invited to have welcome drinks in the hotel bar on arrival. My advice is don’t bother as they are not worth it. Instead when we went to purchase drinks we were advised they had no local beer and offered an imported beer only. I had a mojito cocktail which was average. Needless to say we didn’t venture here again during our two night stay. The location is exactly as expected and a short 15/20 minute walk along the coast into the centre of Piran. Breakfast buffet was nothing to get out of bed for. Very average and we skipped on our 2nd morning. The female staff on reception were super helpful throughout our stay especially one woman (her name began with an Nj?) She helped us arrange a visit to a winery and was very patient when answering and following up all our questions. They seemed to do the role of receptionist, valet and bell person all between two people.

On a 17 day European adventure, this was our favorite place we stayed. Beautiful property, awesome staff, and overall relaxing experience. We’ll return for sure

Nice location, but the hotel room seemed a little bit "dated".
