Unfortunately the cleaning of our room was non existent. We received new towels but nothing else cleaning was done. We paid for the dog and was told to receive a basket and plate to the dog. But no. Breakfast was excellent and surroundings very nice

Everything was fantastic and this property would have got the highest star rating. The only issue we had was that we booked a premium room with a patio and they put us in a standard room. When we asked in reception they were not very helpful and blamed it on Expedia and Head Office and said there was nothing they could do as they had no patio rooms available to move us into. Everything else was fine, but it leaves a sting when you pay extra for something a bit special, get something basic and are not offered any compensation for the error.

The property is impeccable and walking distance from Legoland. I thought the pool was bigger, but other than that it was a really nice stay. Amazing breakfast!

Great service and breakfast. Our room got some noice from the stairs outside disturbing our sleep. They don’t clean every day and failed to keep the shower gel and soap filled. Also shower smelled a bitt funky. Overall ok but expensive for what it is.

Breakfast amazing, and nice room. The only minus was that there was extremely hot in the room when I arrived at 00.30 at night. Had to get fresh air through windows for 45 minutes before beeing able to sleep

The Lodge provided a truly pleasant place to relax and rest after hectic days at Legoland and the LEGO House. The location was excellent in relation to these attractions. We stayed around June 20th, which I believe was the beginning of the busy season, but the accommodation was still peaceful and even quiet. A small downside was the lack of cooling air conditioning, but fortunately, the open window was enough to cool the room at this time of year. The breakfast was very diverse and well-organized, even though there were quite a few hotel guests. Children were nicely considered overall, with a playroom and gaming areas. For my child who can swim, the 1.5-meter pool was a good fit, and there were some water toys available. There was also a small warmer wading pool for toddlers. I wouldn’t call pool area spa-level, but the swimming opportunity was a nice extra at the end of the day. The pool was mostly used by children, not so much by adults 😊

Good choice for our visit to Lego House. We were there for just one night and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was plentiful in the morning, and more abundant than a typical European hotel breakfast. 2 things to note: there is no restaurant on property for dinner (we had a late arrival and didn’t expect that), and while I had searched and saw a previous review that they had self-service laundry, they do not. You can send laundry out but if you’re just staying one night like we were, that’s not possible. Overall, if you don’t want a Lego-themed hotel, I think this is a great option in Billund!

Indoor pool that is heavily chlorinated, nice gym and amazing breakfast. The reason I gave it four stars was because of the lack of air conditioning. We had to leave the windows open or else we were sweating. This is not ideal when the sun sets at 10pm and rises at 4am.

Housekeeping lets this property down. Front desk (Mikkel) is very helpful and committed to doing his best for the guests. The breakfast is very good.. and then there is the room itself (stayed in 214). The fact it’s on the 2nd floor makes it intolerable on hot days - even with the little fan provided. The beds are awful - there should be a permanent chiropractor or physio onsite - huge $ opportunity… Housekeeping - all you will get while you are there are new towels - don’t expect your room to be cleaned or tidied. They do not see that as part of their guest delivery experience. There was a foul (sewer) smell from the bathroom for the duration of our stay - very unpleasant during the night (in addition to the heat…). The lodge was an underwhelming and disappointing experience for our family. Other than Mikkel and the breakfast - dismal experience.
