We had a good stay, aircon was missing, place was preety good and clean and room was good. Location is great near the beach

Quiet area with view of pool and sea. Was the perfect spot for us. Shame about the weather!

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff at reception and housekeeping. Easy stroll to the beach gives you a friendly restaurant and a music bar. The restaurant inside the hotel had a good range of food but need to brush up on their customer care towards foreign visitors, being English we were an inconvenience. My fish was good my other half’s steak had too much sinew to be edible, our order for wine turned into beer. My french is not good but I’m a dab hand at pointing ordering with a smile and a few words. We didn’t receive an apology. It was a shame as it marred our otherwise lovely two day break.

Excellent location with pleasant staff who were always willing to help. The hotel was clean and the room we had was a decent size with private balcony. Two lovely restaurants in walkable distance which both had very good atmospheres. We loved our stay here and shall definitely be back.

Comfortable hotel. Helpful and efficient staff.

This hotel provides comfortable basic accommodation for a stopover, but with extensive additional facilities is also suitable for a longer stay or base for the area. It is approximately a five minute drive from Junction 3 (St. Jean de Luz North) of the Autoroute and is easy to find. The friendly receptionist greeted us by name on arrival, always a nice touch to be made to feel welcome. There is an excellent restaurant serving a good selection of dishes for dinner, with the usual and expected arrangements of fresh bread, fruits, cereals, cold meat and cheese for breakfast. The fact that it was packed for dinner shows just how popular it is. There is a large outdoor swimming pool available in the summer months and a basement garage with free parking for guests. It was pouring with rain when we arrived so the lift to the hotel is a real bonus in inclement weather.

Air conditioning was not working, was not able to take a bath. Bed was not very comfortable. Not good for the price.

We arrived to find an envelope stuck on the door with our name on it. Reception was closed and there were no staff. The restaurant was closed without any explanation. The wifi was not available without help from the non-existent reception The towels were small and thin. The lighting in the room was too dim. There was no breakfast

Nice big ,clean room.Sliding glass door to balcony.Close to town and beach.On warm nights you can walk over to wall and search all you want for the A/C switch,because there is none.Got heat,but no cold air,thus the big sliding door.Parking in basement,free.Bi-lingual staff,very friendly.Reception opens in AM,but closes for lunch,like a shoe store does.So if you arrive during this siesta,you will wait until they reopen the desk.

We were placed on the ground floor with an outside patio to the street. No Security IF you left your patio door open to get some cool air since the room has NO Air. Would NOT stay here again. Think we got the worst room in the Hotel.

Room very clean and comfortable but could have done with air con as it was very hot and stuffy.

A pleasant hotel in lovely location close to beach. Very clean & although we didn't book self catering it was a pleasant surprise to find a kettle & fridge in the room tea & coffee was supplied by no milk. We had a balcony overlooking road but this is not a busy Road so didn't bother us even though we left balcony open all night due to the heat. Couldn't get air con to work but as we weren't that bothered didn't ask reception for any help. Pool was clean & lovely temperature for cooling off on hot day. Reception staff very pleasant & parking was free underneath hotel. Only stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was continental & ok.

What a pleasant surprise when we arrived at Hotel Erromardie (although this title can be confusing as the hotel is actually called ODalys). It is a beautiful hotel in a magical location. Just a one minute walk from a fab beach, three little restaurants and a beach bar.Gorgeous walk up around the cliffs overlooking the beach. Would def recommend staying in this hotel.The pool was a welcome treat after a week on the beach in Biarritz

Comfortable modern hotel with long term options. Very close to walking path along the seashore. Good restaurant on site. The hotel's actual name is Odalys and is on Chemin d' Erromardie. G.p.s will recognize that address. Highly recommended place.

We would like to thank the staff at the Hotel for such lovely days in Southern France. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with lovely surroundings and a quiet and peaceful neibourhood. The staff are gentle and the petit--déjeneur is very good. The rooms are wide and comfortable very calm and clean. The parking area is close to the Hotel and the weather is fantastique!!
