The hotel cancelled 1 of the rooms I booked so we had to book another and then did not refund me the money for the room they cancelled.

I loved the modern aesthetics and furnishing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right around the corner about 3 minutes from the hotel which is great. There is a restaurant in the hotel in the event that you want to do dinner or lunch. Breakfast although the same every morning was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the bath tub, there is a half door and outside gets wet when showering. But overall it was a good stay and would definitely recommend

Good value stay and relatively convenient for Orly airport.

Included breakfast and close to transit. I stayed after arriving late from Orly and had to leave for CDG in the am. Only thing is that both the German couple ahead of me and I were told we needed to pay though we had already paid in full online via Booking and Expedia. A quick check and the clerk was able to see in the computer.

Arrived with booking confirmation form only to be told there is no room and were full by very rude staff contacted hotel .com and they couldn't do anything and was left stranded in paris

Hotel was in a horrible location, everything was so far away and overall dirty, gross, uncomfortable...

The room wasn’t very hygienic and most of the breakfast foods were dry. Although the room was nice, it was t so clean. The lights were very dim

the only thing I can fault is the plug in the sink would not work for the duration of my trip. everything else from the room to the staff were superb (particularly the gentleman working on Saturday 29th November around dinner time in the evening - what an excellent young man he was - helpful and very friendly.

It was not close to the city as advertised for the regular visitor reviewing the information to make a decision. It was only about 12 miles from Paris city, but Uber was the best option to get to the city. The only other option was a combination of bus and RBR from a totally different part of town (about 1-1 1/2 hrs).

Hotel was decent for the price. Standard expectation for ibis hotel. Breakfast is poor, not many options available.

A good base for Disneyland and a cold beer waiting.

The weather was hot and air conditioner was not working
