Amazing stay for a night out in Chester. Bed and pillows were so comfy! Room clean and perfect location to walk into town centre. We had drinks upstairs on the roof top with good views over the racecourse.

Great hotel, room was large and comfortable. Top marks.

Even though the hotel is near a busy ring road, it was very quiet. There is a lovely view from the upper level restaurant and the location itself is very handy for both the main town and a leisurely river walk. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and had a great meal at a nearby pub only 3 minutes walk away.

Unfortunately I was put in a room on higher floor which was fine , by 3 in the morning I was woken up heaving with the smell of the drainage from the bathroom.i was shattered as I had a long drive and all day. Went down to say I couldn’t stay in that room and fair play the guy behind reception gave me another room. Had a very busy day ahead so I was absolutely shattered and had an early start next morning. Very disappointed and really I shouldn’t have paid for that night.

parking in chester is always a bind and whilst the underground carpark is convenient it is a tad pricey at £20 per night

Really nice modern hotel in a great location and nice size room's.

Clean room! Strange layout. Wardrobe next to bathroom door. Glass door in bath room ,so if you put the bathroom light on in the night, it shines straight into the bedroom. Room was next to the gym, so woke up to the pounding & vibrations of the treadmill being used

Great location - right next to Racecourse and very walkable to city centre. Car park a bit pricey. Brasserie good although was quiet when we used it in the evening (excellent service and great views though). Room was comfortable with huge bed, all usual amenities and good, modern bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay it was very clean the hotel was tidy on the outside nice to look at .would come back again

Have stayed several times before but this experience did not meet previous ones. The first room we were put into had te air conditioning set to fell and we coukdnt turn it down. It was like a sauna. The second room was ok but neither of us could sleep on those pillows

Well located for all the amenities that Chester has to offer. Clean and tidy, staff are great also.
