Great location and very friendly staff. The rooms are small but the hotel is close to museums, dining and entertainment.

The hotel was conveniently located to the museums so an easy walk. The restaurants in the area were limited, but sufficient. Our only complaint was to arrive to discover a huge citywide celebration was during our stay and I felt we should have been advised ahead of our stay. We had tickets to at least 2 venues that we didn’t use because of the crowds.

The hotel is tiny but it is convenient. The services are good except the housekeeping. They left my room unlocked in one day. They threw our pyjama on the floor in another day. Also, they left their badge key under my back bag which I would think about the security issues.

Good breakfast, small and cozy room with tasty decoration. Front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful. Good location with tram station right in front of the hotel door. A great stay.

Great spot and friendly staff!

This hotel was handy to tram lines and very walkable to the big museums, as well as the southern canals, which is a much more pleasant neighbourhood than Dam square etc. I chose a small single to save money, but if you have money to spare, book a bigger room! The young man at the front desk was very helpful. The mini fridge with the free beverages was much appreciated.

I have mixed feelings about this property. It was in a great location so that’s the biggest plus. It was only a five minute walk to the airport bus and 10 minutes to most of the museums. I didn’t find the room, particularly comfortable yes it was small but that was okay. But the bedding was really heavy and hot for April so I needed to run the air conditioner all the time. Electricity only stays on if you keep a card in the room, which meant the mini fridge had warm drinks, which was strange to me. There was a different staff person at the desk every single time so it was hard to really have much of an experience with anyone. There is a courtyard area, but it was not really appealing when staff were out there smoking.

Good position for museums and walking distance from shops etc. Single room was very small but bed was comfortable. Good breakfast included.

There was hairs and blood on the mattress cover.

Great place!

Ideally located for my itinerary (visiting DeLaMar theatre) and not too far away from the centre of Amsterdam.

For the amenities and location, I found the price to be a little high.

On arrival we were left standing for a good 5-10 mins while the male member of staff on reception spoke to a friend on the phone, so that didn’t give a good first impression. We were quite disappointed with the size of room we were allocated and found it to be dark and very small, at the back of the property with a tiny bathroom, but it was clean and the towels were changed daily and as we were really only going to be in to shower and sleep, it wasn’t an issue. The hotel is in a good area, close to the tram and a short walk to the museum quarter with lots of shops and restaurants. There is a small breakfast area and courtyard which guests can also use. There seems to be a resident cat who hangs around and tried to get into our room one day, so keep an eye out for it if you have allergies (or aren’t fond of cats) Also make sure you are ready for the checkout time, as amusingly, for the first time ever staying in a hotel we were actually chased out of the room at 11:00 on the dot by the male receptionist!

Perfect location for exploring in very quiet street -safe

It's in a quiet part of the Museum Quarter. Walking distance to Van Gogh museum, Moca museum and Rijks museum. Tram station nearby to go to the city center and Amsterdam Centraal. Friendly staff, 24/7 front desk and a warm breakfast is available.

The staff is super helpful specially Flavio, he is a professional and caring! Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
