Everything seems fine in the room but I can't use the hot tub under the room because there are full of duck-poop smell, dust and also some cobwebs. I was very disappointed because I chose this hotel just because of the hot tub I saw on the photos.

We really enjoy our stay in lake resort. This is definitely a hidden gem, and you should stay here if you are coming to Mt cook or lake tekapo from queenstown. Rather than drive it up in a day trip, taking a rest in this peaceful hotel is super nice. We come here for honeymoon trip, and we get a free upgrade from standard room to suite room with balcony and access to lake. The women receptions staff is very helpful and always smile, she makes our stay very pleasant.
