Weather Perfect,hotel clean and comfotable , food delivious, and service very Good. Highly recommend this hotel for a night or longer stay . Centrally located, and a consistent quality hotel.

Probably the nicer hotels in town, you do get value for money however. Good food nice rooms, spa small but adequate and clean

We were traveling from Helsinki to Riga and my son wanted to visit Kuressaare. The location of the property is excellent, easy walking to most of the places we wanted to visit. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. We did not use any of the services or the spa. Time to update the TVs, I tried to watch some news before bed and the TV is too small. Aside from that this is is a beautiful little hotel in an ideal location.

We enjoyed our stay at Arensburg and were pleased with everything. Except for one thing that could be improved. During night time, the air conditioner was very loud, which disrupted the sleep to some extent. But otherwise we were content with everything and would love to return some day.

Nice SPA, perfect location, very kind staff, plenty of space for parking.

Pleasant stay. room in excellent condition. Very quiet hotel. Don't hear anything at night or day. I think that thats the case in any hotel in town because town is extremely quiet. Very kind and courteous front desk clerks.

The spa hotel has nice rooms and excellent spa facilities. The restaurant is good but you'll find better-priced options within a short walking distance from the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay at the Arensburg & would definetly stay their again. The restaurant chef produced very good meals, however the menu is limited to boutique food & prices are $$$. However, this was not a problem as the location allowed for a quick enjoyable walk to local restaurants where one can get pizza's, lasagne at reasonable prices $. To me the High Speed internet was of importance and it worked well through the walljack. The Wifi is really slow and not really usefull. The Air-Conditioner worked well as it gets pretty warm and humid. Beds are decent however by no means comporable to the US standards. Other wise all in all I had a pleasant stay and would surely choose to go back.

Great location. Nice restaurants. Kids loved Spa and having breakfest at garden. Rooms would require a bit renovation. Bath room was missing shampoos & conditioners.

The indoors architecture would be improved if lighter colors were used instead of black in the new wing of the hotel - especially e.g. in the breakfast room.

Majoituimme lasten kanssa hotellissa 3 yötä. Hotelli on siisti, sisäpiha viihtyisä ja spa rauhallinen. Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla, lähellä linnaa/rantaa ja keskustan ravintoloita.

Hieno SPA . Hienot saunat. Hyvä aamupala ja sijanti. Miinus ilmastoinnin puutteesta!

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla, spa/allasalue oli mukava, ja tv-ruudulta valittava vesijumppaohjelma plussaa. Jotain voisi tehdä jatkuvasti taustalla soivaille muzakille...

Spent one night (business trip). Used the Pool area. Excellent value for the price. Located in the center of town, close to restaurants and the "castle".

Tyylikäs hotelli,rentouttava tunnelma, hyvä kokemus. Aamupala oli maittava!
