Wonderful location and warm, friendly staff. A charming find! I hope to come back.

Beautiful, old, Art Nouveau hotel in the main square of Soller. Really comfortable room, large bed, good air conditioning and big bathroom with highpowered shower. Even though we were overlooking the square, the room was quiet. Restaurant was excellent (we ate on the square) with helpful waiting staff. Only negative is that there isn't a lift which may be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Sheets were dirty, horrible mattress, it says they have parking but we got there and their lot was full. All in all a so-so experience. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had seen it prior.

The penthouse apartment is a joke! Absolutely shocking property with ice cold and smelly bathroom. Need to climb 3 stories in an old dark building.

Overall it was fine. I didn't like the fact that I had to climb stairs and that there was a bathtub in the bathroom, as it's not really necessary and I think it's outdated. The restaurant is very good, but it didn't serve breakfast.

Very kind people and location is excellent

Very average experience. The fan in the room didn’t work at all so it got very hot at times. There were no amenities really to speak of like coffee

Unfortunately the heat did not work, so we were absolutely freezing. Otherwise, the view was incredible. We weren’t given parking instructions, but managed to find space in the public parking lot. Easy walk.

Property location right in the central square was wonderful. Lots of access to shopping and dining right outside the front door and the view of the church and the bank was spectacular. The room had lots of old world charm with wood trim, high ceilings, actual brass keys and antique fixtures. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, the parking is described as limited parking on-site when there is no parking on site and the nearest parking is a very busy pay lot that is downhill from the hotel about a 10 minute walk with your bags. Also the mattress was too firm for me, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was in an ideal location, the room was clean and comfortable, but most appreciated was the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel La Vila also includes a fine kitchen and garden dining, where we had one of the two best meals in Mallorca (the other, of equal, not better, quality was at an internationally acclaimed five-star hotel.)

Excellent choice for experiencing the heart of Soller! The staff was extremely helpful to our family of four. Their restaurants serve delicious foods, and the view from the room terrace - delightful.
