It was nice

Room extremely basic . I asked for a top room floor so it was nice and quiet.The hotel had 3 floors There was some A hole on the ground floor on loud speaker talking for hours .They had their window open and I could hear everything I thought it would stop but went on for hours .I could not locate them so the ear plugs went in . How stupid and selfish are some people . I dont understand why rooms around them didnt sort it out . Why havent people got any respect for others . Plus side for the hotel was that it had plenty of parking .

An old property with very poor sound proofing The guests above us were walking around constantly until 2am, causing loud creaking noises. We had to ask the night concierge to intervene. Noises/talking started again at about 5! A terrible nights sleep sadly One tiny handsoap only between 2 people? Pleasant staff but not somewhere to recommend..sorry

Ok value, room decor is very dated. Nothing to make me uncomfortable.

Only stayed for 1 night, but thd bed was like sleeping on rocks. It has an indoor pool but it has seen better days. No breakfast included with the stay and you had to ask for soap and toiletries at reception. The staff I met were friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself needs a refurb with much better mattresses. It is only a 15 minute walk to the beach and shopping areas.

It was in a good position. A very good swimmung pool. Nice gardens. Clean but had seen better days.

Good location, double bed mattress wasn’t comfortable and had issues with people hanging around the patio area at 7am Saturday morning and then in the evening there were people drinking in the patio area until 12:30am despite it meant to be closed at 11pm. Where it was warm the windows were open so could hear everything. Son enjoyed the swimming pool. Second time staying at the hotel, will come back again.

It Was my second time staying at Laguna. This time i have recommended it to my colleagues and we were in a group tour, family with kids. We booked family room each, the room condition is very poor, i beleive it’s high time they Should think about refurbishing. The ceiling, walls were stained. I chose the hotel again, as it has open garden space, so kids can have some fun while staying here.

I went for work and the hotel was just 4 miles away,the room was very small and in the morning you can smell food cooking from the kitchen. The kettle didn’t work and I spoke to the receptionist she told me bring it down and she will change it. When I went to change it she wasn’t there so I didn’t get the chance to make any hot drink. Staff were not very friendly and communication was poor

The hi-light was the staff they were all lovely from the time we checked in 'til the time we left. The breakfast was superb and cooked to perfection. Would have like the swimming pool to have been open for longer.

Needs updating

Laguna was neither outstanding nor was it disappointing. The only point to make, try not to get a room on a middle floor, the floorboards above creak at every move and you can hear below, doing what ever below are doing.

Great two night stay at the Laguna. The hotel was clean and adequate for our requirements. About a 20 minute walk into the city centre/beach. Plenty of car parking spaces. Our only gripe was that the shower was difficult to regulate and alternated from hot to cold and cold to hot constantly.

Clean, tidy helpful staff. Great service at breakfast too.

A very pleasant stay, friendly staff and good facilities. Will used both the swimming pool and games room. Nice and quiet surroundings.

The hotel was quite dated but clean. The mattress wasn’t great unfortunately . The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quite easy to walk into the centre of Bournemouth- about 10-15 mins.

The hotel was clean and tidy and staff very polite. The noise from the bedroom upstairs was bad untill approx 2am, people walking on the noisy floor boards and talking. Very noisy at approx 2am with people coming back from the town. Overaĺl nice hotel but inconsiderate guests, would not return.

Hotel is dated, my shower didn’t work, decor is old fashioned.
