Stayed in Cologne 6.2.25. Got the 4-bed family room. Plenty of space for us all. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The lift is small and stairs are steep, no big deal. Dinner recommendation was on point! Only down side is trying to find parking to check in. The parking garage is half a block away and once accessed super easy. Totally recommend staying here!

Home from home, perfect location and excellent breakfast

Great hotel for our few days in Cologne. Very friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance to main train station & Dom. Coffee delicious. Most importantly great water pressure in shower & comfortable beds!!

Close to train, dirty neighborhood. No coffee service or hot pot, and no coffee available in dining room unless you purchase full breakfast. Bed was ok, pillows consisted of a comforter folded into a pillowcase

The best part of the stay was the fabulous breakfast with a real coffee pot at the table and a lot of food choices. It was reasonable walking distance to Rhine river and cathedral.

Overall I think this can be classed as a Good Hotel. It is old style German a tad dated but actually reasonable value for money.

Overall very nice and quite clean and well-appointed. Like many small European hotels, there is not A/C, which is sort of okay - if you can sleep with street noise. The street quiets down but the adjacent large throughway on Hansening becomes very busy quite early. The hotel is very convenient to many places and the staff is helpful. Our main issue was with the Wifi, which did not reach very well to our floor. In order to look up local things or even request Uber, I found I had to go down to the lobby and stay there while doing so.

Older hotel but in good condition, clean and functional. Works for a short break.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was great.

This hotel is in a great location. 15 minutes walk from the historic downtown. The hotel also offers inexpensive gated parking about a one minute walk away. Room was very clean and up to date. Management was very helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

The staff are marvelous, breakfast is very good. The problem with this hotel is the beds and the parking. They do the standard " Queen or twin" beds but only offer twins pushed together. The duvets are tiny and barely cover you. No one would book a hotel with twin beds only, so they say Queen when available - so when you complain about getting twin beds, they say oh it says only when available. They have Queen headboard lol but with two twin beds beneath it. It's incredibly uncomfortable. The parking is around the next block, and you have to pick up the fob from reception, go pick up your car, and then park in the middle of the street to turn the fob lol. Very annoying. Clean but dated.
