Clean and a very pleasant area to stay.

The room had an odour that could not be aired out. The staff were friendly and polite but the property can use a remodel.

Excellent value for money. Great PUB/DINER, with great beers! Excellent food.

Unexpected parking charges, hopeless receptionist, very cold rooms and told all rooms were set to cold snd it would go up one degree per hour but we had to go out as rooms were too cold. Not nice rooms, only twin beds with big gap between. Mattress a couple of inches thick, generally poorly maintained, soulless and unhelpful. Very disappointed.

Your offer was misleading: it made believe access to the spa was included whereas it wasn't.Also parking was at an extra cost with no clear warning on your site

I wished I would have used the facilities. Nice room. Microwave and fridge were very nice to have. And the big fan was appreciated.

At check-in they neglected key info. Like the reception does not open until 7am. Not good if you need to make an early flight. Parking was not good. Small multi-story with no lift is a problem if you have luggage. Rooms too hot for comfortable sleeping. Staff avoided eye contact or helping, when they knew you were there and help was needed.

The main photo makes you think you are staying on a boat you aren't its a normal hotel no tea making facilities apart from buying in the restaurant good breakfast though

The stay was excellent the staff are very helpful and the security guard had a fab sense of fun.

The hotel was clean and rooms were large and nice. Our biggest disappointment was the availability of the swimming pool and the fact that the jacuzzi was in a seperate building with an additional charge to use those facilities. I did not think this was well presented in the hotel information on the web site. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we thought it was a great hotel, just were looking forward to the use of the pool after a long day of biking.

Betten super unbequem, schlechtester Schlaf jemals. Hab meine Hose dort vergessen und 2x angerufen anscheinend wurde sie nicht aufgefunden…

Kamer en gang waren niet gestofzuigd. Personeelslid heeft de kamer op verzoek alsnog gestofzuigd. Vloerbedekking bevat vieze plekken. Op de kamer, zowel als op de gang. Zonde, want mooie vloerbedekking. Ook vervuiling rond de prullenbak in de kamer. Schoonmakers beter instrueren/controleren is taak van de leiding. Ontbijt start 07.00 uur. Moesten echter rond dat tijdstip reeds vertrekken, dus geen beoordeling ontbijt. Verder een goed verblijf gehad. En Mill bezocht.

Spa super. Frühstück langweilig und nicht 4 Sterne. Lage super, umgebung gewöhnungsbedürftig. Personal Empfang teilweise super, teilweise mässig. Personal im Restaurants häufig unauffindbar, vor allem ausserhalb der Stosszeiten. Freundlichkeit geht so. Wir buchen mittlerweile das Zimmer ohne frühstück. geniessen den Spa und meiden die Restaurants im Hotel/Spa. Damit ist das Hotel für uns völlig ok
