Happy with new breakfast buffet!

Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, had a comfy bed and courteous staff. We needed the shuttle 4 times, but were only able to use it twice because we didn't receive a message back for the first trip to the hotel, and it didn't show up when we went into town and needed it for the way home (we waited long enough that 2 shuttles should have arrived, but neither did). So if the shuttle is a big deal, the other airport hotel may be more reliable?

Very nice staff, hotel is perfect for the night before an early start. Bit of use wear of the room visible but staff was very helpful.

Good airport hotel with shuttle service (make sure you book in advance) and very good on-site restaurant.

The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful and professional. The shuttle to the airport is exceptionally convenient. The breakfast is great. Everything is ideal. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but clean. The noise level is a problem at this hotel, however. Twice I had trouble sleeping because guests in rooms next door or above were loud. It's a soundproofing problem with the building. You can hear through the wall as if they are paper thin.

I found this hotel very convenient. The staff was helpful, especially the morning staff. The breakfast was very nice with many options. My room was noisy however. The family next door was incredibly loud until 11:30 pm. Kids screaming. Adults yelling at kids.

We checked in to the hotel fairly quickly, however we were given a room with three single beds instead of at least a double bed, since it was inconvenient for my wife and I sleeping in separate beds. And my wife tried two beds trying to find one that was comfortable, as she said it had something in the middle of the mattress that made it hard to sleep. During the 2nd evening, the room temperature was at 24C. and I tried to set it to 19C. before going to sleep. I woke up about 90 minutes later as the room was extremely hot. I found that the heater had gone on automatically and the room was now over 28C and climbing. I called down to the desk and they told me that the A/C was turned off so there was no way to cool off the room, and they suggested I turn off the thermostat and let the room cool down. In order to do this I had to open the window and it took over an hour to cool down the room enough to be able to sleep. I would suggest the hotel put a note on the thermostat during the Fall/Winter that says there is no way to cool off the room and to turn off the thermostat to lower the temperature.
