Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. AC was strange. It worked but the airflow didn't allow for the enjoyment of the AC. Fan could have helped.

Overall decent facilities. Easy to hear neighbors above so although the hotel is quiet I had a difficult sleep. Butt that's fairly consistent all over Europe. Stay at Bishops House instead (which is also an AVE property) Ahmad is right next to the Charles Bridge.

Great centralized location to City Center and Prague Castle. This is my favorite place to stay in Prague. Hotel and staff are the absolute best ever. Only downside is no parking on site

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Three Storks. Great location, we love to walk and it’s walkable to many major tourist spots. It’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of history within 5-10 min walk. Easy to get to Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful and informative. The breakfast had lots of healthy choices and was a perfect start to each day. I’d stay here again. Such a lovely place to stay. Three storks is an accommodation option we will be recommending to all our family and friends.

We did not receive a welcome drink when we arrived and it would have been nice to have a smile from the man on reception. In comparison the lady on reception on the day we checked out was very friendly and helpful as was the man who looked after our bags for us

Loved this place! Great staff, clean rooms, walkable to good sites and eateries. Roman and Joseph were particularly helpful; as were the dining room staff. Excellent customer service. Would stay here again next time I'm in Prague.

The hotel is highly professional and has bellhops to take you and your baggage to your room. The bellhop is highly professional and very helpful in general. The single rooms are small, but very clean and well laid-out. Breakfast is fresh, and consistent with usual Czech offerings for the meal. They also have the option for currency exchange with some markup, but not as bad as ATMs.
