Month long work trip, so condition of room was important. Nice comfortable room, excellent housekeeping services, good water temperatures and pressure on shower. Foyer noises tend to carry internally which could be annoying if loud guests were downstairs and you need to sleep. Helpful staff, quick turnaround laundry service,

Staff very nice

We arrived to the hotel very late after attending concert. The streets sround the property were under construction and 2 navigators could not find the way around. We spent a lot of time in narrow streets of the city in the middle of the night to find hotel. I truly believe that hotel should give information about it and directions on how to get there for those who booked it in advance. In the morning we came for breakfast 15 min before the end. Trays were almost empty and waiter told us that he will close in 15 min. He sounded rude and irritated by the fact of our appearance. So nobody actually cared about us there. Room was ok.

Loved it. Of course the age shows, but it gains in charm, plus the swimming pool is priceless at 5pm

We stayed at Santiago for 4 nights while visiting friends. The hotel is close to pretty much everything around Linares. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, classic decoration in general good condition. The knob of my climate control on the wall was missing, but fortunately temperature cooperated. Breakfast leaves a lot to be dired: too poor.

Older hotel downtown with a great inside look. No open restaurant, but a good Italian restaurant next door. Parking garage a great asset. The wife enjoyed close by shopping. I enjoyed the city cold water fountain on the shopping street. This was a good overnight stop.

We stayed t the Santiago as part of a road trip through Spain. It is easy to find in the Town Centre, and has secure underground parking. Their is a nice Italian restaurant next door. The common areas are very well kept and comfortable. There was a wedding in the Hotel on the evening that we stayed, but we did not hear any of the usual music noise that accompanies these vents, the rooms were effectively sound-proofed. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel for an overnight stay if you need to rest on your way to the south of Spain. The hotel is very comfortable, helpful staff.

every thing is fine except road signs that can lead you to the hotel: there's none! and when you get into town, with all the "one way" roads we spent close to one hour circling around and asking passers-by that do not speak English ,for directions. The location is infact very close to the enterence and exit from the city-just SHOW it.

El hotel como siempre genial, sin embargo, la atención por parte de hoteles.com inexistente. Llevo años reservando en otras plataformas y nunca he tenido problemas para obtener una factura de empresa, sin embargo en hoteles.com es algo imposible.

Muy bien. Es un hotel bonito y bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

La estancia muy bien el términos generales ,solo 2 cosas por mejorar ,lo que es la.cafeteria por la tarde que no había nadie y el gimnasio que es escaso y antiguo ,se tiene que renovar ,por lo demás todo bien,y la gente majísima.
