The hotel was extremely kids friendly. The buffet was kids friendly and the staff was lovely. There are only some minor things I think that could have improved our stay. Mid week the diner times changed which was slightly inconvenient. Diner got very hectic as there were lots of families at the same time.

The place is very minimalist and dated. It’s quantity over quality, which is ok if that’s what you prefer. The food is very basic and blend, lacking variety and healthy nutrition.

The hotel was lovely, had everything you needed for a relaxing or family holiday. The apartments were very clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Different rates depending on what you stay in and for how long. They entertain around the pool during the night until 11, but my cabin was far enough away. Everyone hears it! Cleaning is minimal unless you ask for more done in spanish or broken English. There's HB minimum 2 days purchase. Clean. CoVid-19 clean. 10 days was much. A week would have sufficed. Beside a supermarket for easy access to food. Cancelled shuttles to the beach with no warning.

The staff were arrogant and very cheeky i wouodnt stay here again we pay alot of money to go on holidays so dont expect staff to be so horrible

A very good hotel. Lots of parking spaces. A bit far to the beach but there is a free bus to the beach (3 times per day). Close to the Yumbo shopping center. 2 nice swimming pools, gym, football / basketball court, tennis court. Nice staff everywhere. My kids loved the evening animations. Large selection of food and drink during all meals. In our 2 bedroom apartment there was everything you need e.g. a kettle, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery. There was even an xbox. My rating reduces the presence of cockroaches in the apartment.

Good property in good location in Maspalomas. Excellent breakfast and dinner with half board. A children´s paradise. Recommended.

4 night short break for couple to celebrate birthday. Accommodation good and clean. TV reception suspect. WiFi good. Good amenities and pool(s). Food and all-inclusive fair but nothing special.

Everything was good. Really nice stay. Only thing I’d say is at check in I had to find my booking confirmation on my email showing I was all inclusive and email it to the hotel. Don’t understand why I had to do this as the hotel should have all the information.

Great sized bungalows for a great price. Very centrally located as well!!

Staff are helpful and friendly kids kept occupied

Very good hotel. Bungalows are well equipped and not too close together. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The food was exceptional. So much so, we will be returning on an all inclusive basis. Plenty for families to do and well located within the main area of Playa. 10 minute walk to the Yu,no

Lovely staff and food was excellent. Accommodation was great but beds area little hard. Kids pool and around the pools could have been cleaned more regularly. With a few minor changes this could be a 4 star easily.
