Reception lady. Lydia?? Not sure of name but she was very pleasant and kind. Everyone helpful and friendly. Got our steps in on the stairs due to no elevator.

Highly recommended, nice staff.

Check in started at 2pm and if one arrived early, one has to leave the luggage in the storing area. The room is doable, it’s small with 1 small table and 1 stool placed at the corner. The only drawback are the noises cranking from the ac/heat system, it runs every 5 minutes. I forgot to point out the molds on the wall behind the curtain. Location very convenient to walk around the area. Stayed 2 nights

Comfortable, clean hotel in good location

Short stay arriving by train so this hotel is great as it's a very short walk from the station. Very friendly staff at check in and at breakfast. Room was great for the price paid, obviously some city noise due to central location but nothing dramatic. Everything was clean and functional, I slept well and left feeling refreshed 🙂

A great little good value hotel for a weekend break. The staff are so friendly the location is great for transport links and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Toulouse. The rooms can be a little smalll (some) and the decor a little dated but its cheap and who spends all day in their hotel room? Also the air-con is a god send on hot days.

The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Also, the location was brilliant for access to the train station. The room however was not very good. It did not feel clean, particularly the bathroom and the air con was not working.

Room as expected in this price range. Small and tired which we have no qualms about as it was a quick stopover on our way elsewhere. BUT. The night club until the early hours of the morning immediately below our bed was both relentless and unwelcome. No mention of this by Hotel staff, Hotels.com description or in any public reviews.

The bedding was very clean and comfortable; it was a shame that there wasn't a lift but we knew about this before we booked so it is not a complaint.

Staff was exceptional! and friendly! Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent location to catch train and bus from airport. Rooms were minimally furnished. We stayed a total of three nights (two different dates) and rooms were different. Could’ve used an end table and better lighting.

Great location. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The room was comfortable. Having the toilet apart from the shower was nice. However it would have been nice if there was room to close the door, when sitting on the toilet.

Good value, helpful staff, great location. The property is a bit outdated but has all you need. Would rexommend for travelers though not for families.

This property is about as basic as anyone can get. Lino on the floor in the bedroom, no working heating, cold water only during the day. The owners are very tight with money. One sachet of hairwash per day and the smallest bar of cheap soap. No bath plug, no sink plug, very old, tired looking bedding and filthy room with accumulated dust on the horrible light fitting. Walls were filthy and rough, light fitting had wires sticking out of it. There were no tea/coffee making facilities and i had to use the same paper cup for 2 days stay. The owners are disgraceful in their penny-pinching, old fashioned B&B style accomodation. I qas freezing at night and could hardly sleep.
