I booked for 1 night and because i was there on business and working the nightshift is only arrived back at the hotel at 07u15 AM. At checkin the previous afternoon, I explained my situation and ask if a later check-out was possible and it could only be arranged with €15,- extra payment. So in short i paid for a full night,but only got to use the room for 3 hours until 11u00 AM checkout.

On checking in staff asked for immediate payment of city tax for our 3 rooms, i have no problem paying it but expect a receipt for payments as this was a business trip. The staff member made it clear she would not do it that night, but told me i would get the receipt at check out. At 7.30 am when we left for an international journey the staff member on duty point blank refused to make me an invoice stating she was too busy and i would need to wait until 8am, when i protested she told me it would be emailed and i left empty handed, 2 days later no invoice or contact from the hotel, extremely poor customer service and something i have never encountered before in 25 years of travelling for work. Hotel was ok, nice but limited and expensive restaurant that closed too early, they had to recycle our glasses to serve drinks despite the bar being empty, rooms are small, claustrophobic and have had a tiny bathroom added as an after thought.

Stopped for an evening as travelling past - Great reception check in, very nice decoration for Christmas and service with a smile.. Only small negative is room needed a little freshening with decoration.

Hotel is a good area. Food was delicious. Small parking at front of hotel and access to the roomy rear car park was difficult with anything larger than a car. Did not appreciate the outer access door being locked at 22-22:30 despite the information folder saying 23:00 and access to our room then was via a door which led to narrow tread and very steep stairs. Not knowing our return time on the Saturday evening we could not book for dinner and were refused when we asked upon our return at 17:30. Room was spacious and well appointed but the rather narrow access corridors had been battered about probably by the staff moving laundry carriers. The lift was a must as the staircases were difficult except for the very fit but cannot be accessed after the outer access doors have been locked.

Stayed here to be close to Spa for the Grand Prix. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The village had excellent eating/dining facilities and is set in a beautiful part of Holland. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff friendly, helpful and efficient; food excellent in very pleasant dining-room; bed and chairs comfortable. a few minor things could be improved: no extractor in bathroom/toilet, soap dispenser didn't work, curtain coming off rails etc Lovely spot - quiet with great views and in picturesque village, within East reach of Maastricht. Would stay there again.

Firstly when we arrived they had not got our booking through Hotels.com - although in fairness the staff were fabulous and sorted it all out immediately. There was plenty of parking, a lovely garden and terrace at the back to enjoy - wonderful even in the autumn weather to sit and have a drink there. Also a few tables at the front, plus inside wonderful sofa seating area - very pleasant. The food was great in the Restaurant, but not a huge range or choice. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but we had to leave early in the morning both days - so the first day they were going to arrange Breakfast for us at the front (as we were travelling with our dogs) but told us the wrong time, the second day e had booked a packed lunhc instead of Breakfast after the previous morning - and it was all booked but no-one knew about it on the morning - although in fairness they did pack us a lunch very quickly (it did still delay us)! The village was lovely, really enjoyed some local walks there. We would stay there again.

A pleasant hotel in the Netherlands countryside, the Bon Repos is in the quiet village of Noorbeek. Breakfast is included and was very good. Warning: do not miss the 11:00p curfew as they lock the doors and there is no way to get in. We were lucky in that we climbed up the back balcony, went in through our open door and opened the back door - it was locked up just before 11.

We had to wait forever to check in. Got a room where someone had slept in the bed, and the receptionist seemed more annoyed than apologetic about it. It was dirty in the corners with spiders; both in the room and in the hallways. And we couldn't check out normally because there was no receptionist - The hotel owner from the neighboring town tried to help, but was frustrated himself because she should have been back a long time ago, he said. Find another place to stay!

We hadden de familie kamer ( 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen). De kamer was boven verwachting groot, ook de badkamer was erg ruim. De kamer was heel netjes en schoon! Ontbijt was ook heerlijk! Wij komen hier zeker een keer weer als we op doorreis zijn!

Gebucht haben wir mit Hund. Vor Ort wurde uns gesagt das keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Das Hotel war eher eine Baustelle. Es gab, trotz ausliegender Speisekarte kein Essen, nur ein Abend Buffet für 49€ pro Person. Dies war nirgends angegeben. Da wir aber um 16 Uhr Essen wollten, mussten wir 20 Km fahren um etwas zu bekommen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war auch eher unfreundlich. Das Zimmer selber war ok. Frühstück war gut. Aber die Buchung und die Umstände schlecht.

Værelset levede langt fra op til de billeder som værelset blev bestilt ud fra. Maling skallede af væggene, skimmel i badeværelset, puds fra væggene sad løst. På ankomstdagen, spiste vi middag på hotellet - Kokken var tydeligvis træt af sit job og kvaliteten af maden var derefter.
