La habitación era amplia y comoda. El desayuno era completo. Lo único a mejorar son las almohadas, eran horribles.

Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well.

When asking for more pillows we were told one pillow per person. When we mentioned that we were having guests the next day they told us we could only have guests for 30 minutes but they could use common areas in the hotel. ?????Breakfast was weak, but included in the price.

When I called them to arrange an early check-in someone picked up the phone, said sth in Portuguese and hung up on me. Then I tried to message them and the response was come here and I will be given a room if available, but nothing about charging extra. When I went there I was charged 0.5 day for getting into the room 4 hours earlier, something that doesn't cost the hotel anything. In this trip I have been to 4 different hotels and the flight hours were so that I had to check-in early in all of them and it was 9nly this hotel that tried to make money out of it without informing me earlier when I contacted them. if I knew about it, I would have canceled the booking. The common areas in the hotel are gloomy and dark. The suit itself was spacious with interesting design and furniture. The light colored sofa in the room had turned into something grayish from being dirty. The pool on the 15th floor is not a swimming pool. It is practically a large tub that you can seat in.

O hotel fica no centro, os funcionários todos muito atenciosos e prestativos, o hotel é antigo, cama ruim, precisa de reformas. Quando chegamos no quarto tinha um pelo pubiano na tábua da privada. O café da manhã é bom, boa opção se vc precisa ficar no centro.

Nice classy hotel, however a bit old. Other than that everything was fine. Wifi worked well as did the AC.

Very helpful staff and the breakfast was really well organised considering how COVID made it so difficult. Well located and easy access to attractions. Would recommend.

Very clean large rooms with balcony, with fairly comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Great experience overall

Unbelievable. The hotel charged me the fare twice. It was supposed to be paid when I checked out, However it charged in 10 days after the reservation and charged again at checking out. The hotel said it was not charged twice and the hotels.com said they can't handle this matter and recommend me to contact the hotel directly. WDF.

Some English-speaking guys at the front desk were extremely helpful. The furnishings are spartan but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Hotel was good for an overnight stay.

Only one night. Hotel looks fancier in pictures than in real life, but still pretty good. That claimed their had just refurbished the room we stayed in, but unfortunately overlooked putting power outlets by the bed... Pool area and small gym on the roof. Didn't use it, but had a nice view. Breakfast was typical brazilian, but with added eggs.

A localização do hotel é ótima, facilitando muito o deslocamento. ​Quartos: Os quartos têm um espaço muito bom. No primeiro dia, ficamos no quarto triplo (401), que conta com três camas no quarto, mas sem TV no ambiente de dormir (ela fica em uma sala anexa e era um pouco pequena). No segundo dia, conversamos com a recepção e fomos transferidas para um quarto duplo com uma cama adicional (quarto 1102). Para nós, essa troca foi excelente! O quarto nos atendeu muito melhor e a vista era simplesmente perfeita. ​Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos desde o primeiro minuto. Quero deixar um agradecimento e elogio especial para os rapazes do restaurante (Marcos e Juan), para a moça da recepção que nos atendeu (não guardei o nome, mas foi um amor!) e para o rapaz que realizou o nosso check-out. Todos super atenciosos! ​Recomendo a estadia e com certeza voltaríamos!

Ótima limpeza, cama boa, bom café da manhã, no geral tudo ótimo. Funcionários poderiam ser um pouco mais atenciosos, mas nada que foi solicitado foi negado.

Quarto limpo, roupa de cama e toalha novas ! Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e receptivos! Minha sugestão seria uma máquina de café expressos e implantar o serviço de self service como alguns hotéis estão implementando para comprar um chá quente ou café durante a noite , até comprar um chop durante os jogos da copa e até snaps .
