Ryad Alya is a beautiful classic property with a fantastic view of Fes from its rooftop terrace. Our room was huge and comfortable for our family of 3 adults. Close to the Souk and the Blue Gate. Great breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfasts were huge and delicious, The central dining area is stunning. The bedroom was okay but appropriate for the nightly cost

The property reminds me of the old centuries with all its charms and culture maintained. The indoor architecture and wall are stunning! The ffod was very good as well. Very warm with welcoming staff!

DARK. Our room was dark with only a small window to the exterior and poor interior lighting. The bathroom was also dark with poor lighting. The alleyway leading to the Riad has no lighting, we arrived at night and the alley was pitch black. We used the lights on our phones to help us find our way. The breakfast area was pretty and the breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly, but could be pushy. I also did not like the spa services.

Ryad Alya was beyond beautiful. Our check in was handled by Houssen and I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was. He helped get our train tickets for the following day. He made sure we were happy and content with our beautiful upgraded room. He should be given every opportunity to advance in this profession. Houssen could teach a class on customer service!!

Beautiful small hotel with very nice decoration in the interior yard where breakfast and dinner served. Nice breakfast with different stuff served in two days. Very nice and helpful employees. The girl speaks perfect English. Location is great and not far from famous Blue Gate.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The riad is so gorgeous & most importantly, the staff here are so nice, friendly & helpful. I surely love the service they provide. It will be great if the lighting can be brighter.

Such great staff!! And a perfect place. Close to the medina, but also tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Would visit 30 more times if I could. Thanks!

This property was a refreshing breeze. The service and amenities were immaculate. The breakfast was delicious and was within walking distance of the Fes medina and taxis if you wanted to venture out across the city.

Staff are really great and great hospitality. I would recommend to have traditional Moroccan bath experience as well. It’s really worth to try.

I can't say enough of how great was our stay in Ryad Alya. From Ahlam at the front desk and the rest of the staff, they make our stay very special. There is nothing they wouldn't do to make sure you have everything you need and/or want. if this is your first stay at an old medina, getting to your Riad might feel a little intimidated and maybe insecure, but once once they open the door is like entering another world, It is gorgeous inside and very comfortable and once you know the people you'll know that you don't have to worry. Especially for first timers, I suggest to go out with a tour guide, coordinated with the riad, they will take you every where you want to go and "translate" for you. I highly recommend Riad Alya.
