During my stay I sustained an injury breaking three ribs! The staff were most concerned and helped me throughout a painful ordeal. I would like to thank each and everyone from the General Manger down for the support provided. What a superb team. Thank you.

For what was effectively a room above a pub, what it lacked in finesse it more than made up for with the following: big fluffy white towels, hairdryer straighteners, big bed & coffee machine. Well stocked fridge, if required

Lovely place to stay in a great location to bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was lovely.

Very good hosts, friendly and welcoming. Best parties the actual restaurant which is amazing. The 15£ meal deal is great value and tasty. The property is a large bed with modern amenities - rooms really comfortable and enjoyable. Recommend.

Great location, nice and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar gets very busy and loud at night, but as soon as you go upstairs to the rooms you can't hear anything

Lovely boutique hotel, clean fresh rooms, the staff were wonderful, great breakfast and a lovely relaxed vibe in the evening for cocktails. Very central. The only reason I’ve given them a 4 for facilities and not 5 is that our room was on the third floor, 6 flights of steps with no lift. Difficult at 65 with a bad hip. The room overlooked the back alley, and you heard the loud noise of empty bottles being emptied into the skip. But that aside I would stay here again….but would ask for a lower floor. The manager and staff were great

Really friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Only slight downside is the bed was not that comfortable. The mattress was uncomfortable. Sorry.

Fantastic helpful staff, amazing cocktail menu, beautiful decor, comfy bed and well appointed room. Not for anyone with mobility issues due to steps and no lift.
