Location was great. Close by to many attractions and restaurants. Bathroom in our room could have been cleaner but overall the room was in good condition.

The property and roaches everywhere in the gym laundry hallway and parking lot luckily my grandfather was dying and I was at the hospital instead of trying to sleepat the property Stay away

The one serious drawback is the condition of the bathroom. It really needs a lot of work. It's pretty run down. However, the staff and overall health of the property is quite nice.

No complaints really. Located just off the I-35 access road. The traffic gets busy at times exiting the hotel. Room was clean but the bed was to hard for my liking. The breakfast was good and the weekend server was awesome. She was very attentive and would get you anything you needed. We stayed there 3 nights

I could not get Fox News on the TV. It showed in the directory but would not load. I was told this was throughout the hotel. This failure gave the negative impression that it was blocked for political reasons. All the other news network shows could be seen. I will not stay at Fairfield again until I am sure this is corrected.

The only problem was we were supposed to have a fully accessible room with grab bars at toilet, roll -in shower, etc. there were no grab bars at the toilet and you had to enter the shower before you could reach the grab bar so it was not helpful. We also had to be in the shower in order to turn it on so we were blasted with cold water. There were not really any accessible features which was difficult for my husband.

Good value. Clean. Positive employees. Convenient gathering room. Excellent breakfast.

The room and the hallway was clean. The hotel was in a convenient location.

Had to ask for room service before they actually came. Bed and linens smelled of B.O. Front desk said it was from alot of construction workers.

The room we were in had a stuffy odor that was noticeable as soon as we walked in.

Breakfast included. Clean room. Updated facility. Competitive pricing.
