The hotel was excellent with accessibility to an inside pool, free breakfast, and near shopping. Whenever in the area, I will make another stay.

It was okay

Very nice room. Nice indoor pool and hottub which was great after a.long drive. Great staff. Very nice.common areas. Easy on/off.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing was that I was in an ajoining room and I really don’t like them due to safety but other than that everything was excellent

Did not have microwave in rooms. Had to go downstairs to first floor. Outdated rooms with 19 inch TVs. Housekeeping would knock on door early in morning to ask for towels instead of waiting to clean room. I had change room because it was stink in the air.

The room was nice but they need to put the microwave back in them.

Loved our stay here! When I called to see if I left my shampoo/conditioner they were more than happy to check and keep it at the front desk for me!

Staff Thursday night was very helpful

Always our favorite place to stay when we come to Concord to visit family. The facilities are always clean. My kids love the indoor pool, breakfast is good, and the staff are always so sweet.

My stay was ok, customer service was great and friendly, the bathroom really needs to be updated, cobwebs on the lights also. The mattress was a little hard.

Evening front desk host when we checked in was amazing after she left everything was downhill. We checked into our room, which we found floors were swept, dirt in drawers, coffee pot broken, no microwave, none of the lamps worked, tv remotes didn’t work, smelled awful, couch was all torn up, the pool had so much chlorine it gave my kids a rash. Lots of broken things in the room, cigarette burns carpet The water in the room was so so hot you couldn’t use it no cold at all. I complained to the front desk and was told sorry maintenance isn’t here. So we packed up and left honestly I’ll never stay in another one of their hotels.

Great place for our short trip to the area! Clean, quiet, and great breakfast place right across the street!

Hotel was ok but could use some updates. Beds were very worn.

It was a comfortable stay. Clean rooms, all the accommodations we could hope for, and breakfast included in the morning.
