The hotel was clean and light. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good selection of different types of food. Fresh salads, fish and cheeses. This was my fourth time in Cavtat so chose the location rather than the hotel. It's good that it is so close to the airport and the taxi from the airport was 20 Euros - regardless of taxi company. A little bit too early in the season, so a bit cool and places only just starting to open up, so would go in May or September next time, as done previously. Although Dubrovnik is quieter off season. Cavtat has a special place in my heart.

I booked what I thought was just an airport hotel for our last night before flying home. Wow, this is a great resort and the town of Cavtat is a gem well worth visiting! The dinner buffet was really good and all facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the area. I would go back.

Fairly mediocre all inclusive catering

Very close to the airport It's a beautiful location and wonderful outside areas. The shower is so powerful too and great Aircon.

The food was average and not hot. The balcony was too small to sit out on and had no sun. Disabled access wasn’t good. The area was pretty but no shops within walking distance.

Great location, close to the airport

Great location and decent food. Closer to airport than we realised ( good thing for transport), but not a problem with noise. Modern property, large open seating area lacked atmosphere on same level as reception. Only one bar on this level. Restaurant on lower level, snack bar on lower level out near the pools. Self serve drinks at restaurant/ snack bar during open hours. Outside this time, seemed only one bar on upper level by reception. Drinks- all inclusive below standard - soft drinks especially - I opted for water mostly:-/. Two good size pools, a covered pergola surrounds the large pool ( great for shade). Our room lovely, simple and modern, comfy beds, pillow choice ( nice). Location - loved it, small road in front of hotel, small, but lovely pebble beach just across the road, water shoes required( typical Croatian beach). Nice to swim, was inflatable obstacle course week were there, taken down 7 Sept. A few bars/ eateries there, nice for a change to watch the sunset. Within flat walking distance 15 - 20mins Cavtat town. Beautiful stroll, quiet road by the sea. All in all, good quality accomodation for the price, great location

Entry level AI hotel. The staff are pleasant, those at the reception in particular, and a blonde younger female at the grill station at dinner time. Worst part - coffee they serve for all inclusive is - vile. In general AI drinks taste odd. The only one I liked was Virgin Mojito, at the inside bar near the reception. Nicely crushed lime and mint :). Breakfast and dinner food was good, though not always replenished. Enjoyed Tuesday evening Croatian themed night, with local ‘klapa’ singing and playing folk songs. There were some nice Croatian dishes like zagorski shtrukli, Dalmatian pashticada and njoki, but disappointing choice of deserts - same as the night before; none of Croatian rozata or apple pie.

This was my first stay at an all inclusive hotel - the food was good, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and everything was possible. There are tons of external dining options on the beach front which is no more than 50m or so from the hotel itself. Enjoy!

Just ok. Poorly supplied rooms (no shampoo, body lotion, etc.). Some TV channels not working. All inclusive meals were just ok. Live music on one night was good.

Ok hotel in a great location. Hotel looks a little tired and could do with some investment. Staff not great and few and far between

This place was fine, but not for the price. We were considering staying an extra night, but after just a couple of hours, decided to keep it at one night. The room was small but clean. It had three twin beds - two of them were pushed together - and really didn't work for our family set up. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they delivered us the pillow and blanket without covers on them. We asked for a pillow case and they said they didn't have them available. Which made no sense since the pillows in the room did have them. While the buffet is large, it was hands down the worst food we had on the trip. The pools looked dingy and like they need to be drained and cleaned. It was nice having the beach access.

Great location and staff. Very near many great restaurants and beaches. I have to say, though, they have the worst mattresses I have encountered at any hotel. Typical European twin beds pushed together to make a larger king bed. I always fall between the beds while sleeping. The food was good (not great) and there was plenty of it. Many options too. I am appreciative for the work the staff must endure to put on three buffet meals every day. What must be a monumental effort to do this is greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff does a very good job, and I am sure their effort seldom receives a proper acknowledgment.

Lovely sea views. Beautiful town. Not many places I would look to book straight away again. Stunning.

5 Stars all the way. Staff very friendly. Hotel extremely clean. Bedroom perfect, included fridge, air conditioning, great shower, safe, balcony with great view including sunsets. Restaurant had everything, all different selection of foods to accommodate different cultures. Even included a microwave which is a must for us. You could dine inside or outside. Never got to use all the facilities, indoor poor or gym as too much to do in the area, walks, beaches etc. Transport was excellent, Uber, Bolt App’s, Water Taxi, Buses. Location is so handy to the airport. Had the all-inclusive package which was fantastic. Would love to return 😊

Limited dining, activities and food choice

Property is good with a great swimming pool and tennis courts. Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable but room decor is poor. Conveniently close to the airport, but about 25-30 minutes away from tourist attractions and Dubrovnik's downtown.
