Cleanest hotel I have been in in Years. So Comfortable location was tremendous. No noise from other rooms.I will seek this hotel out again if I am in the Newmarket area. Breakfast was minimal continental but good.

The property was good but the beds where uncomfortable

Beautiful property, friendly staff, nice saltwater pool and large rooms. They had a bag breakfst, the food was fresh and the coffee was very good. Our bathroom did not have hot water for a shower, but otherwise it was a wo derful stay. I would stay here again.

We were only here for a night, but it was very reasonably priced, clean and spacious room. There had definitely been updates to the room and the shower was very nice glassed in and large. The property has a salt water pool that was really warm and a very good size. If we have to chance to be in the area again we would definitely stay here.

The hotel management were amazingly kind. And the staff were very helpful. The room was fantastic. Recommended for sure

It is more of a motel than an inn, and quite old. We stayed in the rooms above the pool, and they were loud with creeking/hollow floors. The motel rooms would probably be better. The pool was good. Main complaint was this was advertised as having a breakfast included - it did not, and only had bagged continental items to go, limited to 2 servings per room. Not enough for a family and felt like false advertising.

Water was cut around midnight. Ice machine broken for several months (I am writing this review during summer time… very hot). Limited breakfast bags.

The hotel was cute. The landscaping was nice. Beds were very hard and carpet was a bit unclean. Otherwise place was comparable to price.

This property is a great value. I stayed over night as I had an event in the area. I wasn’t sure what to expect for such a low cost but the service was wonderful both at check in and check out. The room was large and clean. The only thing was that the secondary lock was missing from the door ( the one that is usually a latch) but I felt completely safe and had no issues. I didn’ t use the pool but walked by it and it looked clean and inviting. I would recommend this as an economical place to spend the night.

Beware of bed bugs I’ve had a very bad experience staying in this hotel as they have successfully managed to ruin my vacation. Booked for 8 nights however I had to leave after only two nights because of bed bugs. After I complained to the hotel manager, they have done their own investigation and they said they found 1 bed bug which I very much doubt because I was bitten in over 50 places all over my body. I had to consult a doctor and was prescribed antibiotics and cream and because I’m not a Canadian citizen I had to pay a private doctor fee which the hotel management refused to reimburse me for it despite emailing them a photos of the receipts and proof of the bug bites. In fact they have completely ignored my emails and not even replied to me. They did arrange for full refund when I told them on the second day that I want to cancel my booking. My advice is to stay well away from this place.

Excellent place too stay I always stay in hotel chains it’s a little out of date but so clean and well takin care of price amazing stay there again

The room was fine, but not at all like the pictures, more run down motel'ish, and a strong smell of budget air freshener similar to public bathrooms.

Recently had family move up there, since I travel from Windsor, I needed a new place to stay with her move, Newmarket Inn was a great choice( as I choose online) I was very pleased with service, room and oj and muffin for breakfast on the road. Looking forward to many more stays with them.

Staff were friendly. The breakfast was not what was expected: Juice, muffin & nutrigrain bar in a paper bag. There is a breakfast area with a toaster, fridge, etc but not set up. Property should advertise breakfast as “muffin & juice” in order to manage expectations.

I recommending to everyone! The rooms are clean and nice and the price is affordable.

Had a great rate and was clean/ comfy beds. The continental breakfast consisted of an orange juice and pre-packaged muffin in a brown bag to go, so I was disappointed in this as I wouldn’t consider that a “breakfast” we ended up having to go out and get coffee/ breakfast adding to our over all expense and the cable was choppy on almost all the channels. Over all stay was pleasant and would use this hotel again
