Everything about my stay was perfect. Incredible location and incredible staff. Alex in the kitchen is an amazing Chef who has created the most exquisite menu.

Best place for a quiet getaway

Staff seemed absent and disinterested On departure nobody at check out. No mention of the restaurant at check in. Lacks soul at the moment.

A wonderful location within the rainforest.

The bed was creaking all the time. The breakfast was a little disappointing. They don’t service your room until you stay three nights. Having to go to reception to ask for more linen and supplies.

Great place for a special weekend away

Beautiful property - private and well thought out

This is the third time we have stayed here. Previous time was probably 5 years ago and we were very disappointed in our stay on this occasion. The fire place is no longer a fireplace and has very little heat coming out of it and there is a plastic remote to operate it. The airconditioning was set on timer so it the middle of night heating has gone off and its freezing in the room. The breakfast you receive is very basic. The furnishings had holes in them. For quite an expensive stay it wasnt worth it and we probably wont return. It used to be so well maintained.

You must stay here, what a beautiful place. Pics don’t show just how beautiful it is. Staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. I will be going back

5 night's stay..The room was amazing,only let down was the option of being able to close a curtain or blinds. It is nice to awake to the forest but very bright as it has not curtain or blinds ,staff are awesome, breakfast was served every morning.

This was an overall wonderful experience. The staff was marvelous. The room was fantastic. The amenities were outstanding. The entire experience was the best. It was very romantic and we had a weekend we won't forget. Would recommend this place to any couples looking for a great place to get away.

Amazing room with beautiful view of the rainforest from the king sized bed. Loved the spa and in-room massage available. A very relaxing place to stay, enjoyed the different wildlife wandering around. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place

The property was beautiful and the room was lovely . Disappointing not to have restaurant facilities but close to the shops at Mt Tamborine for supplies .
