Very friendly & helpful staff explaing how to book the airport bus to pick us up in the morning. There is no shuttle bus service. The room is basic but a reasonable size with good shower. We had an excellent meal in the cafe downstairs. There is a good walk up onto the small hill just by the hotel.

Hotel has an exceptionally odd layout. The floor was not all that clean, and there were stains on chairs and the floor throughout the reception area. There was no free breakfast ($15USD) for a minute spread that was free elsewhere. The bathroom had mold on the shower tiles, and the staff was curt at best.

You can take the bus and get off at Roysa, then have to walk for about 15 Minutes to the Airport Vigra.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean, the great food in hotel resturant, transportation to downtown very easy, only need to book in advance VY to/from airport. Kiwi store there so you can buy stuff if you needed.

Front desk is run through restaurant. Woman working was running! Waiting tables, taking deliveries and checking people in. We had to leave for the airport at 4am...all doors were locked and none of this was explained. Cab driver was able to open door on the 3rd floor and help us out...panic was an understatement.

Great value and very close to airport

Only stayed here one night as I was getting in on a late flight. Hotel is close to the airport and easy to get to by bus. If you need to take the bus back to the airport, you must buy your ticket online ahead of time, otherwise the bus doesn’t stop at the hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Breakfast in the morning was good. Kind front desk staff.

A unique combination of hotel, grocery store and cafe. The hotel reception is shared with the diner. A shared lounge area is central and surrounded by rooms vs a hallway. It was very quiet. City bus makes the stop but you need to buy ticket on line so that the driver knows to stop at the hotel or they go straight to the airport.

Perfect place to stay close to the airport, with everything you need.

The hotel is outstanding! The rooms and common sitting areas are beautifully furnished and decorated, and look brand new and perfectly cleaned. The view from the hotel is fantastic!!! The hotel staff were so helpful and extremely kind and friendly—I had unexpected travel delays, and when I call the property at midnight, the woman helped me to do a late check-in; she went above and beyond to assist me. She was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel! It’s excellent!

Close to the airport. Few minutes drive to the ocean.

The hotel was located very close to the airport. It is on the second floor of a kiwi and has a very cute cafe area… The hotel is basic, but the rooms have snacks included. A coffe machine free dispenses free of charge. The beds were ok. Clean. Simple but very convenient.

Practical, basic but clean hôtel for early flights out of Alesund. Limited food, but shop available for basics.

An excellent choice for no frills clean and friendly overnight accommodation before or after a flight from Ålesund Airport.

We stayed for just one night on our way to the airport and it was fine for that situation. Rooms quite good sized and comfortable.

A pleasant small place to stay when one needs to catch an early morning flight from the Ålesund airport The room was clean, the food in the restaurant OK, a nice queen size bed. I also stayed here once with a dog, and in that case they gave me an appended cabin which was also clean but with a really narrow bed. There is a grocery store in the same building if you want to economize on food, but the restaurant prices were not high by Norwegian standards.
