Well priced, the room was on the top floor meaning no WiFi and little to no mobile service. Comfy bed and sofa, nice large TV. Room was clean and spacious, clean.

Excellent and comfy....nice location. Poor phone signal if on the 02 network. Internet was great in public areas but poor in the room. Great comfy beds, and an excellent powerful shower. Great space and lovely cushions. Staff were helpful when engaged. Great o cation short walk to the beach and close to the twin of Newquay for shopping.

The staff was really friendly and lovely conditions of the room! The location is quite tricky, a bit far from the centre or the famous beach, but still walk distance! Really lovely garden and restaurant for breakfast :)

Stayed in the hotel itself. In the bigger King suite. Very comfortable bed, great view, breakfast was tasty, spotlessly clean. Could do with improvement but didn’t take away from our stay: floorboards from above creaked a bit (to be expected in a Manor House), no evening meals in restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

We would have liked more hanging hooks in the bathroom as the weather was wet at times and we had a lot to dry.

Great Hotel with the best staff. Room was stunning with a sea view . We even went for a dip in the heated pool. Breakfast was very tasty and such big portions .

Towels on floor were not changed.

Hotel and area met up with expectations as I had stayed there in 2009. Within easy reach of Newquay town centre and lots of attractions like The Eden Project.

Super friendly staff made us feel very welcome on arrival. Really nice room, perfect for me and my two children. Location was perfect. It was just a stones throw from the closest beach. We will be back.

Really lovely room, helpful staff. Great breakfast and all less than 100m from the beach.

Check in was really efficient, lady was do friendly. Hotel is imacculate , not a sign of ANY dust or cobwebs. Right on the beach, i stay at many hotels and this is one of the best, especially for rhe cost.

Wonderful to have access to a poll after a hard day. The beach was just a few minutes walk and the staff were kind and helpful. The room we had was spacious and comfortable

Hotel has a great setting for access to local beaches and the more extensive coastal path. Outside lawn area has some nice views over Porth Beach. Small swimming pool also looked great and will try that next visit

Amazing

Fantastic hotel. Very clean, room was amazing and sea views were stunning. Food was exeptional and the staff were beyong friendly. This is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed in. We will definitely be returning
