Very old hotel. It needs major renovation. The only positive aspect was the firm mattress. The so called AC emitted warm air even after proper setting was done. Creeping lighting in the hallway.

This hotel is close to Lyon airport with a great walking path to Terminal 1. It also has a good shuttle service. We used both. The lobby and restaurant areas looked fine. We did not try the food. We were given 2 vouchers for a hot beverage which we used in the morning. Staff were friendly. The hallway carpet on our floor (2) was heavily soiled to the point of being off putting. It smelled like it had been cleaned, so that was good. The room, and bed sheets were in good shape. Only one pillow per person, a negative for me. The bathroom was in okay shape with the exception of the stand around the sink area. It was deteriorated fiber board.

Staff is great but room is in dire need of renovations. Lots of large stains on hallway carpet, hallways look like a prison. Bathroom looks like a scene from Chernobyl with brown water stains on toilet and swollen/delaminated vanity/woodwork. Faucet sprays water outside of the sink. Bathroom should be completely be redone at this point.

Property near the airport but very difficult to reach on foot. Navette shuttlw not running on the evening and taxi will not transport as itis too closw for them. Left to walking i er in convoluted airport area.

The hotel is very old the room is so small old and not clean They have air conditioners in the rooms but they don’t allow you to use it they put in stead small fan the only thing was good in this hotel that its in the airport area but in the same price you can book in neighborhood hotels at the same price

I'm not sure why the Hotel Manager would tell me her name is Emilie when her name is Anaise. Also why she would offer my husband 700€ alcohol on the tab when they knew he was drunk and sick and a week later send me a bill asking me to pay 708.79€ for the drinks!. So apparently this hotel takes advantage of their clients by charging them after the fact? The worst customer service! Please watch your bill closely!!

My husband was staying at the hotel 6 days and his mobile was lost in transit to the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel rooms do not have a telephone. Each time I try to contact my husband they have to go up to the room to let him know that I am calling him. Today the receptionist Florian, answered the telephone informed me that my husband just went up to the room to sleep. I asked him kindly to let him know that there is an emergency and to see if he could come to the phone. In less than 2 minutes Florian responded by telling me that my husband did not respond. He could not have taken the elevator to the second floor, walked the hallway, knocked on the door and took the elevator back down to the reception to let me know in 2 minutes that my husband did not respond to the door knocking. The same front desk receptionist informed me yesterday that my husband checked out the hotel which was wrong information! Another time also the same person told me that my husband was not at the hotel when he was in his room. I have never seen a hotel so small with lines busy all the time, when not busy the answering machine comes on and then cuts off and with front desk staff giving the wrong information! I can assure you that we will never book at this hotel again although we are frequent visitors. We will book across the street or other airport hotels pay more and receive much better service!
