Loved our stay! Our room was fabulous with a view of classic Paris rooftops and the area was perfectly situated - close to the metro and walkable to Place des Voges and Notre Dame. Fantastic restaurant and shopping options in the neighborhood.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The was clean and internet very fast. Great location and close to the Bastille Metro. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Our room, bathroom, and shower were all much larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable.The whole property including our room was spotless. There was AC in the room. We had a typical Parisian window that opened to enjoy the view and let in the breeze. Property has elevator and stairs. Our room view was the intersection of Rue de Bastille/Antoine. Great location and lively area with lots to do within a few steps: shopping, cafes, laundrette, and right next door to the famous Bofinger brasserie. I wouldn't say that it was quiet but we were too tired to care and slept well. The Bastille Metro station was 400 ft from the front door of the hotel. Hotel was 20 minute walk to Notre Dame, Seine Riverbank. 5 min walk to 3rd and 11th arr. Everything else very easily accessed by Metro. The staff was attentive and patient with our poor attempts at French. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. There was a nice breakfast downstairs every morning for 16 euros/pp with excellent coffees. The front desk staff arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport on our last morning and it was right on time. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful spot in Le Marais.

Great location, just a short walk from the tube station. The neighborhood had restaurants nearby also. The property was well-maintained and always clean. Comfortable room and bed. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious options. These staff members were extremely helpful with information about the area and transportation: Juan, Cecile, Benny and Louisa. I don't have names of the other clerks. I highly recommend this property.

This was a great spot to stay in Paris. We loved the area. It was about 30-40 minutes to get to main attractions by train.

Great hotel. Breakfast was perfect for our requirements. Rooms were well equipped and questions were dealt with quickly. Would recommend to friends and would stay again next time we’re in Paris.

The location was great and very walkable to many sights in Paris. Our room was freshly renovated prior to staying at the hotel and the room stunk terribly of oil paint and the room was quite dusty from the renovation. There was no air conditioning to circulate the air, so the room just trapped all the chemicals inside when the windows were closed. The hotel had quite a bit of noise outside (drunk students, delivery vehicles, etc.) so it was challenging to keep the windows open while sleeping to air the room out. This ruined our experience and we did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Had a wonderful 2-night stay with our teen boys. Loved the locked-off 2-bedroom suite giving us space and privacy.

Lovely understated yet stylish hotel in a great neighbourhood. Staff were excellent, room was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend it for a nice getaway in Paris away from the crowds!

Large room with toilet being separate was great. Broken aircon & bar fridge broken for days Bag stolen whilst we slept overnight, someone broke into our room. No-one believed us until found on another floor we had not been on by cleaner. Asked to speak to cleaner gone home. Asked to speak to Mge. Don’t have his number. Can only contact in emergency. Well my bag with passport, cash, credit cards seems like an emergency to me (I can’t get home without passport. Suddenly after five hours at Australian Embassy & Police, when we got back bag had been found minus cash, ,credit cards, umbrella. Fortunately passport still in it. Then they offered to free nights whilst we waited for emergency passport. Too little too late. We were so scared we would have moved hotels had it not been found. We did get two free breakfasts, well that was a bonus given how stressed we were. Said they couldn’t do anything. Yes investigate your security cameras and staff. They would show us the security cameras. This was just plain traumatic and poor service in regards to maintenance issues, and the costs of Uber if four times (40 minutes each time, plus 259 for emergency passport, which my daughter paid for as everything had been stolen. Not even the mgr called us back when we asked to speak to him. They declared they had no number and his day off. We spent last night with chairs and cases jammed up against the door and got no sleep as we were scared stiff. Not safe orwell maintained
