Rather odd experience with frustrated staff at check in and distracted staff in the dining hall. We got what we paid for.

Frim the moment we arrived this hotel did not disappointed our expectations. The staff were professional, welcoming and extremely helpful - they could not do enough for us to help ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were a large family group, 3 rooms, travelling with a baby as well as an older grandparent. Staff went out of their way to help us even washing the babies clothes when she had been sick! They made us feel at home and very welcome which made us very relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel itself is freshly decorated, spotlessly clean and has many social areas around the bar area that we could sit and enjoy our time together. Bar staff were friendly and offered a good selection of drinks for the grown ups. Kids menu offers good value to feed lots of children! The pool was fab fluffy white towels provided and a hot jacuzzi and sauna to top it off. We enjoyed a relaxed breakfast with a wide choice and selection of hot/cold tasty food. The chef even came out and offered our little dog a treat for his breakfast (so kind and thoughtful.) I genuinely can not find any area for improvement for the hotel or that could have bern better with our stay. We will be using this hotel every year for our family catch up. Thank you for everything you did to help us....we had a fab stay ❤️

Hotel was clean and well managed. Room was a generous size and very clean. Only negative was the shower screen had presumably previously been broken and so was missing, which meant a shower sprayed water all over the floor. I reported it on check-out and was assured it would be addressed.

We have had a lovely stay at the hotel, from arrival to departure all the staff have been friendly and helpful. We have stayed before for one night and really liked it so stayed longer to use the on site facilities.

It was ok - the “Premier” room was a disappointment and the whole hotel just lived up to the name of a ‘bog standard and typical Holiday Inn’. The rooms were bare and had no character the pillows were awful. Don’t bother bother booking the “Premier” room, it was a packet of crisps, cheap biscuits and cans of coke.

Communal areas of the hotel were beautifully maintained and decorated. The room was ok but sadly let down by the beds which were extremely soft, so much so my daughter sat on it and bounced straight back off and onto the floor. If you like very soft beds then I guess this is perfect for you but for us it was not very comfortable. We did like the choice of a hard or soft pillow on each bed however which was a nice touch! Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken but a heater and fan were placed in the room. Sadly it was a very warm day and the heater had been left on before we arrived so the room was like a furnace making it quite uncomfortable to sleep even with the fan on all night. The general condition of the room was clean but there were some hairs found on bedding, towel's, in shower and on bedside table and the inside of the bathroom door had dirty hand marks all around by the handle which was a little gross. We were only staying one evening so didn’t bother contacting staff so cannot comment on how this would have been rectified. Breakfast was amazing and the best part of the stay! Huge variety of food, very clean and well organised and the staff were very friendly and professional. An exceptional service, thank you!

Friendly staff, I was impressed with quality and variety of delicious food. Very comfortable rooms. Will return in the future on further travels.

There were known electrical faults before our arrival with the AC, however this then turned into the smoke alarm going off at 1am and us not sleeping a peep. I asked why this went off and was told an electrical fault so this was known before letting guests stay, and when trying to complain, I was sent around in circles being told to ask the front desk, then email them, then email a manager so not fantastic. This was meant to be a cheap mini break to mentally refuel after a tumour diagnosis and I honestly wish we had stayed home and saved our money.

Excellent & has been refurbished to a gojd standard. Nice sized room with good tv, but bathroom was a little boxy and the matress was old & too soft.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area. Definitely will return.

Very affordable considering it has a lot of facilities that far more expensive properties would have (e.g swimming pool, buffet breakfast, etc). Some I am sure are critical of the fact that some surfaces might need a second coat of paint or tiles to be modernised around the pool, but we won’t be. As a family we couldn’t ask for more, we had a quiet, ground floor room with comfortable beds, access to the leisure centre and free breakfast and meals for the children during our stay. There are even board games to play in the lounge and child friendly options and colouring packs at breakfast time. Staff were always courteous and friendly and clearly work hard as we found the same people waiting on or attending to us over the three days that we stayed! The hotel is really well located for close drives to Warwick, Stratford and West Midland Safari Park so for us as a family, it achieved everything we wanted it to be.

Found the place quite easy, free parking which was a great start. Check in was fast and straightforward. My room was lovely and clean, had everything i needed. All the staff that i encountered were helpful and friendly. Spent a couple of hours in the heated indoor pool and hot tub, what an amazing addition. The changing room was quite small and hard to get dried but i just quickly chucked some clothes on and got dried properly back at my room. I didnt eat on site but restaurant area looked cosy and spacious. Will definitely stay again

Hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Food from the restaurant was lovely, didn’t book breakfast as had an appointment so can’t comment on that but room was lovely with a really good, hot shower! Price to stay through Hotels.com was superb!
