Está muy bien ubicado, pero si necesita programar mejor su mantenimiento. No funcionaba el gym (no fue notificado). El elevador tampoco funcionó durante un rato. La habitación requiere de mayor limpieza, donde ponen las toallas esta sucio.

Hotel in construction. Main amenities closed such as gym and restaurant upstairs. Rooms are old and hallways need paint asap. Quite expensive for $150 per night. For that price you get a new, clean property with amenities.

Very old and bad hotel, rooms are dirty, poorly maintained and equipped. Showers don not work correctly, AC is old and noisy.

Roof patio was quiet and great The front desk staff were the best part

Nice place. Bed was comfortable.

When we checkedin, the bedsheets had stains but was quickly rectified by the housekeeping staff. Overall we had a good experience.

Hotel service is not good

The staff in the reception-not helpfull. They don't know even how to get to the most central turists sites..Not nice. Bad servise in the recepcion. Torn towels!

I didn’t get any type of welcome benefit as a VIP member, the front desk was very curt and to the point. However, the restaurant staff is absolutely fantastic, the food and drinks were great. They were extremely welcoming. The view of the castle is a plus. Thank you!
