Hotel de 5* pero con servicios de un 4*. A las doce de la noche cierran el único bar y en room service no llevan bebidas.

Solo female traveller who stayed here in April '23. The place was perfect and better than I'd imagined. Big room with great balcony. Multiple places to roam and hang out - I personally went from pool to pool bar to beach to gym to buffet. ;) The staff were amazing - whether they were cleaners, servers, cooks, front desk, spa, lifeguards. Everyone was approachable and relaxed and warm and friendly. I loved the variety at the buffet and the quality of the food so much that I sent a video back home to friends to brag. The beach in front of the hotel is great. Whereas some hotels further down the strip can't see the waves from their beach loungers, at this hotel, you can sit in your lounge chair on the beach and look directly at the waves and walk straight in to the water. If you're questioning going, just do it! There's a reason this hotel is rated so highly. Bravo to the team!

Stunning hotel - world class service, simple but large pool. Amazing sunsets visible over ocean view. Small but high quality rooms. Buffet is one of the best we've ever had. Highly recommended.

I made a reservation at this property and then try to cancel it 10 hours later a week before I travel. They would not refund my money. I would never stay in one of the hotels again. I spent two hours on the phone trying to get a refund and even called their headquarters, a total of six calls.

I was melting in Sevilla and decided to take a one day break to cool down and I am thrilled that I did. The hotel rooms and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the photos posted here do not do it justice, where every detail is thought about.The hotel obviously takes pride in it's beauty! The room is comfy and the bathroom was nicely updated. Almost a shame to spend so little time in it. The breakfast buffet was a huge hit, with so much choice and a lot of items cooked to order. It made me wish I had added dinner! Another nice touch is their focus on helping the environment, where there is information in the room on what they have replaced/removed (especially single use plastics) to be more environmentally friendly. Only negative - wish we stayed longer and I had to extracted from the loungers by friends.

A 5 star with defects . More for foreign people or organized trips

We stayed here for a week at the end of March to tour the area and to take some tennis coaching lessons at the nearby courts. The hotel facilities and buffets were excellent, staff were friendly too. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Location was great to visit Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, Ronda, and Gibraltar. Tennis lessons were great with Matchpoint.

The absolute best hotel experience we ever had. We stayed here for one night only, on our wedding anniversary. I let hotel know about it in advance, we got room upgrade when arriving (incredible corner priority view room) and also a nice surprise in the room when we returned from dinner. Excellent service, excellent dinner and breakfast, true 5 star hotel. Plus the amazing beach and blue Ocean water, all perfect!

Good clean hotel, very friendly staff. Shame no tea : coffee making facilities in room.

Hotel is in a great location and service is good. Sunsets are worth viewing. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Missed a wider choice of good Spanish wines on offer in the bars/restaurant.
