Do not skip the mojitos, they were the best we've ever had thanks to Sebastien's recipe. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. Do consider doing half board so you get to enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet. They offered great variety, used fresh ingredients, and every dish we sampled was absolutely delicious. Only downsides, the AC in the room didn't quite keep it as cold as I like, the cleaning products smelled too strong for my liking, and you had to snag a patio chair by 8am or not get one. Overall the value for the money was there and we'd stay at Hoposa Uyal again in a heartbeat.
