Highly recommend this hotel! A sweet small boutique hotel on a quiet street. Staff was so welcoming! Fabrizio was kind to listen to me struggle through my little bit of Italian I know. We stayed in the Hotel Diana annex (Rm #40) and it was VERY nice. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You can't ask for more.

Lucca is a very charming community. With lots history, shops and restaurants. the staff and accommodations at hotel Diana made our stay all the better. We would highly recommend others to seek out Hotel Diana for others while staying in Lucca Italy.

Beautiful property tucked away in quiet area. Fabrizio was there to greet us and our room was ready even though we were early. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Live the area, would definitely go back to the Diana Hotel.

Silvia was a most hospitable host. Very attentive and easy to reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great location

The hotel has a lot of charm. It is close to many visitor attractions in a quiet side street. It relates back to it's foundation as a hotel in the 1950s with atractive travel posters.the rooms are spacious with modern shower room and toilets. Ther is adequate storage for a short stay and a large comfortable bed. The reception is in another building one street away which is of historical significance to lovers of classical guitar and cello music. It is where Luigi Boccerini lived and worked.

Great location, very private and quiet area. Room simple but bed comfortable, bathroom clean, and excellent air conditioning. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are not very soundproofed so you will other guests. Very hospitable staff and speak good English. Breakfast was good.

The Hotel Diana, is a clean, no thrills but lovely hotel. The staff are so accommodating and helpful! I often stay here as it's right next to the Duomo San Martino and so close to everything. the rooms are quite quirky with various colours which adds to the experience.

Central with comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts and hard working staff. The steps were hard for me but that goes with the quaint old city

This is a very nice property in an excellent location, close to the train station. Our room was a 2 room suite which also had a twin hide-a-bed hassett. The €10 breakfast was a bargain. I have certainly stayed in my fair share of hotels, this is a first class hotel.

Simple hotel, nice people but rooms are not well insulated, it was super noisy.

I only spent one night but the Hotel Diana was so convenient to everything in Lucca. Train station, walking trail, restaurants and sights.Very clean and all the staff were so helpful!!
