Lovely resort, very relaxing. Clean apartment, two excellent pool areas outside, excellent location 5 min walk to Macrossan street, 10min walk to beach. Only fault was bathroom in apartment needs renovation/update.

Staff very friendly and helpful and the position of the resort was a short walk to shops and restaurants.

Great location, lovely setting. Floors weren’t that clean and furniture is tired but overall enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance to town . No lift we were on 3rd floor big suitcases . But team did help.

My partner and I stayed for 7 nights. The resort is ideally located within walking distance to the main drag with shops and Resturants. Within walking distance to the 4 mile beach, we walked down there to watch the sunset, sitting in one of their deck chairs. It has two pools at each end of the resort. We were at the front one that is heated as well it has a spa. I feel the bed could be updated for a better quality mattress and the bed rails are wooden that stick out past the mattress , many times we knocked our legs against the rails, I stuck two cushions under the mattress at each end of bed to cushion the impact. It was a well equiped unit and the barbecues beside the pools were very clean and well maintained. We would stay again. Wanda

Our stay got off to a slightly bumpy start due to a late arrival after a long flight from New Zealand. While key instructions were provided ahead of time, the dark and unlit reception area made it difficult to find our way around at night. The apartment itself is also a bit tired and due for a refresh, but the incredible shower made up for it! Day two was wonderful. The resort boasts an amazing location where you can walk to everything: stunning beaches, the wharf, fantastic dining options, and Coles. It is highly central, family-friendly, and perfect for exploring the area.

Quiet oasis close to the restaurants and shops. Great facilities, lovely staff and highly communicative. Would stay again!

It is a lovely property with an excellent location. The pool was perfect for cooling down and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking in last minute on a public holiday made the check-in a little fraught, but it all worked out. The unit itself was nice, but the kitchen is very sparsely equipped and a lot of the kitchen utensils were put away dirty, which was unfortunate. We couldn’t get Wifi during our entire stay, so have a good data package.

Room was clean, pool areas were clean (pool itself had quite a few leaves etc but the weather was windy and we understand it's difficult to keep on top). Location is fantastic, so close to the main strip for shops, bars and restaurants, but tucked away enough that it's quiet and calm. Reception staff were incredible, friendly and informative. We will 100% stay here again

A great property, staff are very friendly, fabulous pool and gardens are well maintained and pleasant to walk through, great location within walking distance to everything you needed, beach, marina, dining and supermarket. We have stayed there more than once and will be back again.

Hotel staff were fabulous. Friendly, eager to help, approachable. They made the stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely loved staying at Hibiscus. The property was lovely and quiet. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Check in after hours was smooth and all staff were very friendly and helpful. It’d definitely stay there again.

Lovely relaxing stay. Rooms a little tired but very clean and comfortable. Avoid unit with shower over bath as dangerous to navigate but a few rooms have been changed so just request walk in shower when booking. Stairs to units but we managed no problem. Comfortable bed. Able to self cater well enough whilst also short walk to Main Street and many restaurants and pub grub. Great pool area x 2. Very handy Location. A beautiful location and accommodation. Loved the pools. Our unit needed a little maintenance on doors and windows but all other needs were met well.
