We absolutely loved the layout and location of the house .It was peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully maintained with a well organized kitchen. my family felt at home, it truly made our vacation even better. it was hard leaving. The view was breathtaking. We had the best trip making memories at this home and will definitely look to book in the future.

Views of downtown Queenstown are absolutely fabulous.

Such a beautiful property with gorgeous views and perfect location walking distance from town. The property had every amenity - heated floors, towel racks, gorgeous kitchen, and so spacious. The walk is definitely intense being a very steep hill but if you are active it is actually enjoyable!

Absolutely everything you would expect from a luxury villa stay and when help was needed, the Commonage team was prompt, friendly and professional. Snow falling outside whilst sitting by the fireplace. Amazing.

This was an unbelievably good place to stay - great location, ultra high standard accommodation, easy access to off-site reception, amazing views, a fantastic gas fire to sit next to, fast wifi. It was really difficult to leave.

Great location and stunning views, very clean and spacious, a lovely walk to town and 20 minute drive to Coronet Peak. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a huge two-bedroom unit with fabulous views of one of the most beautiful spots on earth. Hi-tech elevator, free taxi vouchers into town, and outdoor patio dining with lakeside views made this property unique. Like many rental properties, there were a few items that needed fixing (TV trouble, outdoor fireplace didn't work), but management was responsive and helpful. The place was pricey, but then it was one of the nicest units I've ever rented over many years of travel.

Luxury, new, clean and spacious home with stunning views over Queenstown, the lake and mountains. Brilliant location minutes from the restaurant strip with complimentary taxi vouchers included. Highly recommend this property.
