Room clean and staff helpful and courteous

Hotel is a bit out of the way in an enterprise park. But it's much better value than the hotels around the LUX airport. Rooms are good, modern, large with a great bar and restaurant if you don't want to go out. Easy parking onsite or on the road. Not really accessible by foot.

Nice hotel in a secluded area, but useful and a good price, nice large rooms, easy facilities (I like the self-serve) facility and a good bar/restaurant. Will stay again.

The hotel was clean, the reception was very warming and informative. Brilliant breakfast with lot to choose from…! A very comfortable stay….!

Staff was great. The hotel was completely booked and we were not able to get a room without being open to the bathroom. As I was traveling with my daughter, this was very important to us. They accommodated us by switching the room with another client that did not require it. Saved the day for us...!

Quiet place, very close to airport

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, for me there are two major weak points: considering the nightly rate, the room is uncomfortable (with the sink oddly placed inside the bedroom), and parking is not included but charged separately. Despite the positive aspects mentioned, I would not book this hotel again.

Nice hotel, just know about the location first. Pros: The hotel is modern, very clean, and stylish. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Cons: The location is much further from the city centre than we expected. Be prepared to rely on transportation. Verdict: Ideal for travellers seeking a quiet, peaceful stay away from the city noise. Not the best choice for those who want to walk everywhere.

Nice modern hotel. Only complaints- super hard bed (a Europe thing?), A.C. did not cool the room very well (they only allow a -3 celsius deviation by the guests), and the expensive restaurant was not great- two UNDERCOOKED Veggie burgers and one overcooked steak. But clean hotel, spacious, nice staff, great shower.

We had a nice experience staying at this hotel. Our hotel room was huge - we were at the Gallery suites. Breakfast was good as well with wide variety of choices.Front desk were also helpful and respectful. I like the location of the hotel because it’s quiet and far from the busy city. Even though it’s not within the city of Luxembourg we preferred that. There is a close by grocery store in that hotel. And what I like the most, public transportation is free for everyone ( for residents and tourists a like ).

Spacious rooms, with kitchenette. Location great for walks and has a supermarket next door.

Girlie weekend away - we loved it. Wish there was tea and coffee in the room but hey ho! The breakfast was delish. It was a very chilled out location. Free public transport - Buses and trains were complicated and taxis very expensive. Very close to airport. Would deffo go back. We had such a laugh with reception - great sense of humour!

First time in Luxembourg and it was an amazing place. The Bar and Resturant were top notch. The room modern clean and comfortable.

Overall the hotel was nice. Checkin was easy and the staff were great! The hotel offed some infused water which was nice after a long day of traveling. Sadly it was not consistently there for consumption as we would not see it again until the day we checked out. Room was nice. Large and not cramped. Layout was a bit different that what we are used to, but very convenient. The hotel offered complimentary beverages in our fridge, but it was a once and done (we were there for four nights). One nice thing is service was every other day, when the room was not serviced, the hotel advertised a tree would be planed to help the environment. Now for the items we didn't like - AC didn't do much. There was a six degree range and it was warm or warmer. So we opened a window to cool down the room. Also, the bed was like sleeping on a brick. Very hard. Not what I would expect in a four star hotel. Pillows were very soft, but there were only three of them. One more would have been nice. We likely could have requested it, but didn't really see the need for sleeping. Shower was great, lots of space, hot water (not intermittent hot water), large towels. Toiletries were a bit lacking. We would have liked to have some hand cream/lotion and conditioner in addition to the ONE bottle of shower gel. It smelled great, but not an all in one item... Very convenient to the bus route. Next to a organic grocery store, it was pricy, but quality cost's money.
