We enjoyed our short 1 night stay with its convenient beach location. One act of feedback would be to improve the air conditioning of the rooms as we stayed only on the 1st floor but upon entering at 23:00 at night the room was still very warm with an uncomfortable room temperature.

STAY AWAY! Booked via Expedia, three nights, separate reservations. Confirmed and paid for but when arriving at the hotel all were cancelled by the hotel due to overbooking. Terrible disappointment as well inconvenience. No drink or anything offered, they wanted me out of reception ASAP. Total disrespect of guests. Do not book

I arrived late but notified the hotel directly (not through Expedia) and they were happy to keep my room and check me in.

Downstairs is quite modern. The staff were great. The room was very dated. The furniture was damaged, chunks out of the door. No tiles in the shower. It looked like a quick and cheap renovation had been done with pieces of wood covering holes in the door. No aircon so the room was far too hot.

Close to the beach but the bath room did not meet my expectation.

Mediocre hotel. I mean, it is not bad, but it isn't nice either. It needs an overhaul to stay up to par with more modern hotels. Just to stay a night over is adequate, but I would not stay for a couple of days. The best feature is its position close to the beach.

The food was amazing... the chef is really talented... best steak I've had in ages... cooked to perfection.

Great to disconnect from the busy world just minutes away. Stroll on the beach and feel refreshed when coming in for a bite.

nice room, probably could do with a lick of paint and I'm not sure the brown/ grey corridors work but v friendly & helpful staff, decent breakfast and a very nice stay

A bit slow at reception as he was on his own with 4 people waiting. Spacious warm room overlooking the dunes. Had a really great dinner in the evening with clean well prepared food and good service. The only complaint I'd have was that the water pressure was almost non existent and virtually dribbled out of either the shower head or the basin and although they advertised electrical adapter available for my UK charger, they couldn't find one after all so I couldn't use my computer! Great location and we may well go back there when it's not blowing 130K winds which it did last night!

Walking distance to the beach and shops, staff very helpful and speak English. Love buffet breakfast, fireplace and so comfortable bed.

We had a great experience with the hotel last year... staff wise..not this time. Attendant at breakfast used bare hands when handling the cheese and cold cuts, while guests were supposed to use tongs. Loaves of bread did not have napkins over them, so when you slice them you don't have to touch them. I made the attendant aware of that, but next day the napkins were missing again. Guests were not allowed to sit by the big windows (view) but were herded together, so you had to sit by the tables where big groups were gathered. Dark rooms, bathrooms flood from the shower wall, narrow duvets, lack of toiletries...same as last year and obviously feedback doesn't change anything.

We stayed here 5 nights, end of March and the hotel was not at full capacity. Room is in need of a major renovation: holes in floor, bathroom floor floods after a shower, sink that doesn't drain. Beds are comfortable and WIFI is excellent, you will never lose a connection. Breakfast is the best part of the stay there, plus the staff....who will bend backwards to make your stay a great experience. It was tough to find a parking spot, I can't imagine what that is like in high season. Also, hotel has no air conditioning which will make the rooms unbearably hot in summer. Would We go back....? Yes, but only in off season

Great location, but room was not really clean, walls were dirty and stained, patched up bathroom door. Hotel requires major renovation.
