Staff could be friendlier

A very old fashioned hotel room that was fine for a night but I wouldn’t recommend more. It was cheap and you usually get what you pay for. Bolted on light fitting gives an idea of what the room was like. Come with secure parking at an extra cost.

駅と街中から徒歩圏内に有って便利でした。朝食を中庭でリラックスしながら頂くことができました。テレビが旧型だったりシャワー室が狭かったりしましたが、宿泊費を考えると相応だと思います。

Cute little basic hotel with courtyard, tables, umbrellas, bar selling cokes and beers, 24 hr front desk, off Main Street walking. Well lit very enjoyable experience while traveling

Simplicity

Unfortunately the decision to stay to this hotel wasn't a good one. It is located right in the city center which is big advantage but that's it. The furniture in the room is very old, it gives you a communist feeling , the Wi-Fi internet doesn't work properly and the breakfast is very cheap

The room was quite cold with pretty old decor and the tv was not great reception. You had to go outside to get to breakfast not nice when cold. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel itself isn’t bad although it’s in a sketchy area. The front desk service was good. The food was good. The only thing I didn’t like is that the restaurant closes at 2 pm.

Hotel close to city centre and 20 minute walk from the railway station.

The breakfast was excellent (4**** star ) with a lot of hot meals the position was in the center of the city with a lot of flowers in the internal garden and wonderful.The price is very good for the quality of service.

Spent four nights at this hotel. Very pleased overall. Right in the city center. Nice and quaint, comfortable courtyard, amazing breakfast! WiFi worked well. A bus stop and a grocery store right outside the hotel. Staff at the service desk is very helpful and accommodating. The only small minus is that there is one iron and one ironing board for the entire hotel. Highly recommend, would love to come back.

This was a really great find! The hotel itself is really dated, but the inclusion of period furniture and wall decorations of historic Cluj-Napoca really turned this into a nice "relic of the past" experience. The front desk staff both when we checked in (at 11pm) and in the morning were helpful and friendly. Our room was huge, with a queen bed, a furniture bar, and a second room with a couch and some sitting chairs. If you are a fan of a hotel with some character and charm, I would definitely recommend checking this out

We stayed here in two different rooms, the first was a suite, 103, and I was afraid we would fall through the floor. It is in need of some significant repairs to the floor as they are all uneven and spongy. Wifi was terrible and there was a very bright light outside the bedroom window and no blackout curtains. The other room, 121, was very nicely updated, clean, comfortable and had good wifi. The bed in 121 was more comfortable as well. The breakfast was decent. They stored our luggage no problem. The area was not that good for tourists, we had trouble locating some museums and some that were supposed to be open were closed. Overall the locals were not very friendly even in restaurants. It was a good stay for before and after our tour but not as a destination.
