Perfect

Very helpful staff. A large, stand alone resort aimed at the main stream holiday maker. No local type day to day living nearby. Solely a tourist destination. Close to ‘other’ side of airport, but quite a drive from terminal. I asked about a the shuttle service, but they don’t have one.

The service provided by the hotel was superb, everyone had a smile on their face and the facilities were excellent. Wonderful for families and children, beautiful settings and surroundings the pool was fabulous. Offers great value for money a truly memorable stay, Desi Info magazine London

After our late night check in, v went for breakfast and we were stopped by the employee. The hotel should have better communication rather than embarrassing guests.

The rooms are not what they seem like in pictures. The staff was good however. There is no direct beach access but need to take a shuttle.

Complex too large and without proper maintenance. It does not have the characteristics necessary to compete with the resort market segment or even with most leisure hotels. I list some situations that are lacking and that any tourist will quickly realize on arrival, without limiting: -very weak reception service ( -staff in general poorly prepared and without the necessary information about the city of sharm; - weak investment in new basic technologies such as wifi (as wifi is available in the hotel lobby); - no conditions are created for the client to relax (hotel with slides and for children); - architecture compares to a housing complex; - There is clearly a difference between classes and who pays the appropriate gratuity; - Poorly prepared and poorly cleaned rooms (dust on shelves, rusty bathtubs and / or walls soiled with mosquito blood). After the first 3 days in the housing complex with aquapark (scheduled nights through misleading advertising), we checked out. We had the LUCK to end our stay overlooking the mother at sharks bay umbi. This being yes, for those who want to relax the perfect place, also having the best restaurant in town.

The hotel let the people swim in the pool wearing their full clothes and some swim with their undershirt or even boxers; when I commplained they did nothing for 3 days, but when I told them I will take the issue to the head office they start to ask the people to swim only with their swimsuits. I don't recommend it for anyone during the summer.

I liked the openess of the staff always ready to serve

having arrived late evening after a long journey we wanted a drink to help us wind down. Because of the time we had to order through room service. We waited 2 hours phonong on regular intervals before we gave up and cancelled the order.

I had a bad experience overall. While checking in, staff member could not find my booking and I kept on waiting for hours and no one gave a s*** while waiting and no one cared. they kept on saying they could not find my reservation. I had my reservation in hand. Check in was horrible

In general this was my best stay in Sharm. The staff was very friendly especially the reception and the Food&Beverage. THE NATURAL SCENERY WAS FABULOUS. The only inconvenient thing came from hotels dot co, when they put an amenity statement "complimentary breakfast" in their confirmation E-Mail for my all inclusive reservation and when I asked them during my stay to execute it,the answer given by Mr. Kumar in his E-Mail was that the Complimentary breakfast advertised is not applicable to my package. I find it totally inappropriate to give an amenity statement in the confirmation E-Mail and denies it's execution afterwards. If it is not applicable to the package then it shouldn't have been put from the first place, but since it was already put, then the mandatory action was to respect the statement and execute it.
