Very clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast. Hotel has its own a parking space. Good communication with the host.

Eric, the young man I checked in with is a jewel! He tolerated my silly questions and got me settled in quite nicely. His dining suggestion was spot on! I never got the a/c to work, but I'm certain that was my failing not theirs.

Service at front desk was fast, friendly they could not do enough for me. Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and served right to you.

Proximity to our favorite restaurant and within walking distance to the palace.

Service was very friendly. Having a balcony was great. For a non smoking room, it had definitely been smoked in and we had to open all the windows to make it bearable.

We loved that the hotel was walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the most important reason for us, the ruins of Pompei! Nice new hotel with parking and breakfast included.

One of the people who manned the reception desk hardly understood or spoke any English. Difficult to communicate with her. Otherwise, the place was wonderful

Hotel is on a busy main street in Caserta within walking distance of the Reggia. Clean and modern rooms match hotel's four-star rating. They have their own small gated parking lot behind the hotel, which is a major convenience. Helpful front desk. A couple of good restaurants within short walking distance.
