Love the chill vibe in this hotel compared to what the craziness of Benidorm can bring . Another pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and come back to if in the area again . Saying that it does look a little more tired since we last visited two years ago, some of the rooms need refreshing and one of the rooms we booked had the patio doors all cracked ( which they changed rooms instantly, but they didn’t seem shocked to know either ) .

This hotel is superb. Clean, tidy, excellent staff, beautiful pool area and excellent restaurant and bar. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends. In walking distance to all shops, restaurants, beach etc.

Such a relaxing stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were fantastic. Very clean, modern and enjoyable.

It took forever to check in- 3 females behind the desk with 1 computer. In the evening the restaurant is quiet but they have 3/4 members of staff walking around chatting whilst they have 1 barman trying to serve multiple people. As soon as a group order a cocktail you are waiting 20 minutes for a beer. I have booked over 30 rooms across 3 days for a birthday- the hotel is lovely but the service and check in are dreadful. The small problems could easily be rectified…..I am disappointed though

Another fantastic stay at The Mercure. Had Deluxe Room best room so far and I have stayed in most of the rooms on offer.

Hotel very nice, reception staff excellent. Bed and pillow not very comfortable. Food - breakfast fine but evening meal not great. Public areas in hotel very nice as are the gardens round the pool.

All excellent, great location- lovely helpful service. Make sure you book the car park before you arrive we did have to move our car to another hotel. But overall I would recommend this hotel

We had a faultless 4 night stay. The staff were very welcoming and hotel itself spotlessly clean and smells amazing. We went for the standard room which was very comfortable with a massive tv and balcony with a sea view. Incredible sunrise and sunset viewing. Lovely toiletries and complimentary water tea coffee etc. The breakfast was out of this world! Anything you could possibly want including cava! Delicious fresh food and coffee. Slightly varied hot offering each day. Location was excellent, 3 minute walk from the beach. Only downside was the pool was like ice, but little point heating it in January when its so quiet. We'll definitely be back!

Hotel was clean and modern with spacious rooms

the breakfast buffet was excellent but the hot dinner buffet was not good at all,not enough meat and fish dishes food was not hot enough and no green vegetables except salad.It was also expensive at 25.euros.However the food in the restaurant was good although I would have liked some vegetables with my salmon.Xmas Eve Buffet was very good,. so they need to improve dinner buffet but I loved the hotel and would go back again and would recommend it to anyone..
