Excellent access to the slopes, board/ski storage and the best sauna I've ever experienced. The room was of good quality but small for 3 people, cramped so be wary if you are booking this option with a bed sofa like in our case. The TV was really old and awkwardly positioned beside the bed, banged off it a few times getting in and out of bed. As in other scandinavian hotels we've visited the bed linen was 'noisy' and very soft pillows. Breakfast was excellent but there was zero interaction with the staff, no welcome, no conversation, it all felt very robotic especially compared to the bar staff who were warm and friendly.

We had an amazing time! Skiing is just on the door step, food is very elaborate and delicious, hospitality is very welcoming. Staff are attentive and happy to help! Just must take kettle with you as there isn’t one in the room. Atmosphere of Âpres Ski is absolutely lovely with ABBA and other songs which you can hear in the room but not too loud, and everything stops after 5:30 pm so no issue for the children sleeping well. The hot tub is amazing but must be booked in advance. Worth it! Åre is lovely city, and Gronan at Åre Torg is very helpful and can take you down very quickly. Beautiful scenery and slopes for everyone ! Not crowded! Sweden never disappoints ❤️

Very easy with the funicular just outside. And the party stops at 5pm on the dot! Very quiet after that..

Location is fantastic - very easy access to town using the free train or a 15-20 minute walk. All staff were lovely and helpful. Great breakfast. Only downside is that the rooms are dated but given what we paid for the room we would definitely stay again. Bathtub and sauna a big plus!

No help with carrying luggage up and down. The bonus was the nice girls handling the reception. The night staff seemingly non trained though without having knowledge of customerserbice when arriving late. Probably summer staff.

Best location with lift outside the door. Comfortable beds, quite small rooms though. Fresh relaxation area and hot tubs to book, a big plus. Large areas for sitting and chilling, playing cards, hanging out with a fireplace. Good breakfast. Serviceminded staff at reception. A minus that the "train bergbanan" was closed, but it's out of the hotels control. In return, you could test cars for 1-2 hours.

My room had a high vacum noise. The receptionist was a ware of the situation as other customers complained about that before. Still, she booked me that room anyway in the first place even though other rooms were available on the same date as I have checked with different booking websites. The solution from the receptionist was to keep the window open all night to stop the noise. Also, she pointed out that it worked before with other guests. However, having a low temperature during night and strong wind, I would risk catching cold and destroy my vacation. When I insisted to refuse the solution, they offered me an upgrade for one night free of charge. However, I had to pack again that night, go to the other room and then pack my stuff again the next morning before 11:00 and leave them to the receptionist so that I could move to another room after 15:00. Basically packing and unpacking three times in two nights. I could discuss several good solutions they should have offered from the first day, but I just came to relax not to discuss!

Perfect ski location, but very far from the airport and difficult to access with the luggage. Very clean and quaint hotel, bustling after-ski scene. Breakfast buffet is quite plain. Service at breakfast was not good, slow to clean tables, slow to refill empty platters, bad coffee service. The rooms were tiny, beds too soft, but very clean and nice air/water temperatures. No phone in the room made it impossible to call the front desk for service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful. A little bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice but overall a great stay and the free tram to/from town centre is excellent! Nice sauna and outdoor hot tubs, which were very welcoming after a day on the slopes, would highly recommend this property and will hopefully make it back one day!
