The place was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. We had an issue without shower drain being clogged. They were helpful and a maintenance worker came quickly but was unable to resolve it. No efforts were made to provide compensation for the inconvenience.

Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Plenty of parking and easy to get around town. The beach next to the hotel is full of rocks but 10 min walk is a nice beach and plenty of restaurants.

Stayed in a ground floor Pavilions room which was wheelchair accessible and had aircon and has easy access to parking and to dining room for breakfast. Easy walk to restaurants, beaches and local bakery. Bus stop for number 40 bus right outside which goes via beaches to Office de Tourisme & port from where calanques cruises leave. Pool is indoors and heated which was a surprise in summer. Access to a rocky beach from hotel - not as busy as main beaches but trickier access to water. Staff friendly and helpful. A relaxing stay

Very good hotel for the price

Lovely hotel with excellent air conditioned rooms

It would be very unfair to comment properly as the hotel was being renovated but the staff could not do enough for you and sooooo pleasant with it ,they have despite the renovation kept their heated pool going their sauna was also open they still served a buffet breakfast,and the shops and beach are only a walk away . I would go again .

Poor WiFi, smelt like mould in the room and grey (white) towels. Overall not happy.

I love the vintage 60’s look of the hotel it reminds me of the series “mad men” era building and I like the area I just wish I had time to get better acquainted with it because it was just one night but I would have happily stayed longer if I had the time

Super, relaxing few days, very close to the sea, great restaurant, close to the town and a great backdrop. Efficient and friendly staff.

A pleasant hotel with a very good breakfast. Small bathroom. I was charged for breakfast even though I did not request it. For tourists who are trying to see many sites in France, this is a good stopover, but it is not near any significant site. Good free parking. The closest beach is not very nice.

Typical, La Ciotat hotel. Great position for beach, good breakfast. About 20 mins walk to Old Port area of town. Good wifi, nice restaurant on site. Friendly staff, good English spoken.

The last time I saw a bathroom this small was the 'en suite' in a Brittany Ferries cabin! Indeed, we usually used the shower in the Spa. The spa was great with a heated pool and an excellent jacuzzi and sauna.

This hotel was OK for our 1 night stay. The biggest problem was the super small bathroom. It is located close to town which has several restaurants to choose from. Have a drink at the restaurant behind the hotel - great views!

The hotel was lovely, with obviously a lot of effort put in. The room wasn't huge but an ok size. The bathroom was quite small but functional. The bed was really comfy! We had some difficulties with the Wi-Fi connection, it kept dropping at times. Maybe we were too far from reception. There was a sitting area outside our room and it worked great there. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were really nice, it was very quiet when we were there and we had the pool to ourselves for quite a while. Breakfast was really nice too, with fresh pastries, different types of bread, yoghurts, eggs, ham, different cheeses, fresh fruit juice, hot drinks, etc. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel and had a lovely time in La Ciotat.

Accueil très courtois, établissement avec grand parking, espace détente (sauna, jacuzzi, piscine), chambre très confortable avec balcon.

Vue sur des tuyaux..vraiment pas terrible ! Literie super bonne!q Petit dejeuner sympa.. Manque peut être des trucs à manger..quand on arrive le soir et que les restaurants sont fermés ! Accueil très sympa.. Le must....l accès à la mer...avec un code perso..et l espace détente.
