I wasn't impressed with my stay at this Aloft location. When I got to the room, there was no TV remote in the room, I notified the front desk and about 45 minutes later, maintenance brought one. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower and there was no ice machine on the 5th floor where our room was. In fact I couldn't find one anywhere. I went to ask the front desk a couple of times but no one was there. That being said, the front desk attendants were friendly upon check-in and check out.

The entire hotel smelled like a litter box. Carpet floors felt damp to the touch. The fire alarm went off across the hall from us at 7AM and three engines showed up to a homeless man living in the hotel room smoking joints and an aggressive dog. Travelled with our two small children and two dogs. Side door keypad was broken so people would prop it open with a rock all night. Did not feel safe. Had four in our room and only 2 towels were provided. When I asked the front desk for 2 more towels, they said there were none left and we had to use a bathmat. Front desk ladies were very nice but the establishment was a disaster. 0/10 would not recommend.

The reason I chose that hotel is because of the welcoming smell at every other Aloft i've ever stayed in. When we walked in, it was the worst musty stinky smell, it was so stinky and off putting!! The room was so humid, we had the AC on, but I kept waking up throughout the night because the air was so heavy

the property was as expected. However the reservation had not been covered by hotels who went through expedia. for the reservation. I had to personally contact hotels and expedia to get their payment method put on my reservation. This process took about half an hour to complete.

Not enough towels. No soap or conditioner.

It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t go back. The ac in the main areas didn’t work so it was very hot. In the room I was able to crank down my air but it was still so damp that the bed and floors felt wet. The comforter had a big rip in it. And the refrigerator ended up not being plugged in so the food I had put in went bad overnight. It was also very noisy and not the people.

Loved it came down because of a lost in the family and everyone was great

The first room we checked into was infested with ants, we were switched to a different room with no hassle and no ants were seen there.

Our toilet didn’t flush, the mini fridge was leaking water all over the floor, the electric blinds would not go up at all, so the room was very dark. We were at the end of a creepy hallway that was closed off with plastic. Totally unacceptable

The room had not been cleaned. There was an apple core under the bed along with assorted other food wrappers. When I told the front desk the employee couldn’t hear me at first because she had EarPods in. I always stay at Aloft hotels on the road because of the confidence I have in their management. Uhm… definitely a rethink.

LIKE A PRISON ROOM WAS BARE NEED

On the hotel's page through hotels.com it said roll away/extra bed was available. That is a lie. The attendant at the counter said they do not offer that service. Half of the amenities was under maintenance.

When we got to the room it so hot and then when we finally got it semi cooled off we realized how muggy it was in the room. It seems like the room had moisture getting in somehow. Just overall we were very uncomfortable during our stay unfortunately.

I have stayed here twice and the accommodations are location is great.

First time staying at an Aloft, we expected better. First off, we weren’t told the room phones weren’t working. We tried to call down to the front desk and it was not operating. We were told after I brought it up that the phones were in the process of being upgraded or something. Secondly, they didn’t have enough towels for the second guest. We just needed a large body towel, but was told that they didn’t have enough available. As for the reason, we don’t know, because the guy pretty much froze and couldn’t tell us why. Meanwhile, a couple of other guest had came down to the lobby requesting another room because theirs was still dirty. Third, bathroom space wasn’t great or functional. It serves as like a mini kitchen/bathroom. But also, the shower just isn’t sealed properly. So water gets out into the floors easily and you’re left with a puddle when you’re out. Then, you have to use towels to soak that up but then have to use it wisely because you were told they don’t have enough.

It was dirty and the room smelled like pee
