Staff at reception and bell hop and excercise room all windery

I booked three rooms for stay that hotel. We went to the hotel and they tell us which we can’t use fitness equipment at morning and the main restaurant is not open too. Why you don’t let us know when I booked. That is waste my money staying at 5 star hotel.

We had the best check in experience at the hotel. He was so helpful to give us recommendations for sightseeing and must try food places as we were visiting for the first time! Every recommendation was stellar!

That is no dinner restaurant open and can’t use gym equipment at morning. If your company lets us know earlier that we wouldn’t book this hotel.

I like the property location as it's very convenient for shopping. It is in a quiet area and has a beautiful view over the river. But the service is only on an average.

The location is great, right next to the river and park with an astonishing view of the city from the hotel. The facilities are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I really like the location easy to shopping and restaurants. Hotel room is very spacious and looking out the park and river view day and night are beautiful. Customer services are very friendly and helpful, especially staffs Jennifer Li and Jacky Quan are very friendly and helpful while I stayed in the hotel.
