We had a good stay.

45 minutes walk to old city , swimming pool was closed breakfast is very simple nothing special Room was very small and noisy

I have stayed in this Hotel several times and the price cannot be beat! The Hotel is cozy and clean, I love the all day access to coffee and the little kitchen is perfect for breakfast! My favourite place to stay!

The room we got was really dusty, there was dust all over the walls and there was also a couple of old spider webs here and there. A lot of dust in the carpet of the room too. Appart from that everything was well cleaned. You could here people talk from the other room above us, so the walls are not well isolated. The staff was friendly and the lady that served us for check in gave really good and clear instructions, the check in was quick. I will not be returning here since there is a lot of other options in Quebec, but overall I was not unpleased by our experience for one night.

The reception took 200cad as security deposit that it will be refunded in 5 business days. The room had no lights and no running water and I was told they're getting a technician to have look when I complain, request to even have my bath elsewhere but no help was offered.

nice hotel, nice room for 1 night

Parfait pour un pied à terre juste avant un vol . On a eu la piscine à nous seuls tout l’après-midi. Propre . Staf poli . J’ai adoré le petit lounge où on a passé une partie de la soirée. Vraiment … ne vous fiez pas à l’extérieur. C’est mon nouveau spot before flight

Stayed 2 nights. First impression: the moment we opened the door, the room looked clean, but there was a funky smell, so I had to keep the bathroom exhaust fan running. Still, it’s a good place to rest for a short tour in Quebec. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. I would have rated it 4 stars, but the smell brought it down to 3.

No lift in the property. Rooms are too small. They don’t have working light in the room. They are average but can be better with some improvement.

Salle de bain mal entretenue: lavabo bloqué, douche pas très stable, horloge mal réglée... rien de grave. Mais lit TRÈS confortable. Ensemble très propre. Service à l'accueil efficace. Très bon petit déjeuner.

It is a ok place. They should have restaurant menus in the room , no phone book and no pens or notepads . The rooms were ok the mirrors weren’t clean and there was dust and hair in the floor.

Very friendly staff

This is a cute, simple hotel for a great price. Beds were clean and comfy although the queen bed that was in our room seemed to be a double instead. Showers were nice and hot also the provided toiletries were of very nice quality. I especially liked the lotion. It the continental breakfast was small and simple but still very nice. Overall a great experience and I would come again.
