Don’t get the room next to the elevators because you can hear it every time it moves. The room had a terrible odor, but after being in it for a few minutes you don’t notice anymore.

Very clean and the front desk is very attentive. We stayed here for a basketball tournament so the fact there are washer and dryer we could use helped us out tremendously with cleaning the girls uniforms daily

Our room had roaches, the bathroom door knobs broken, entry door latches loose, the bathroom lighting was dim, carpet was dirty.

This place is amazing very friendly and helpful staff the room were very clean will be staying here again

I stayed for 6 days the staff was pretty friendly but you know there is always that one lol. But over all a great experience. Rooms were comfortable and had enough space for my family.

Outlets we're loose and no outlet by the bed. Indoor pool would have been nice but it isnt heated so it was ice cold.

I have stayed many nights at Candlewood Suites across the country. It is an extend stay hotel for many people. Night one no water due to a line break...not hotels fault. But the room smelled "SO" bad!! talked to the clerk at the front desk..they said they have many workers stay that don't request the room to be cleaned. Plus there were socks,puzzle pieces, pens. markers under the furniture and lot's of dust!!

I was so impressed I actually got 3 family members to reserve for themselves and their families. Currently 4 rooms are now occupied here with my love ones. Linda, Kayla and Ash have been so helpful, professional and have gone above and beyond for myself and my family, the best customer service I have ever received and the best thing is, it all came with big smiles. I will book here going forward when I come into town. Shopping centers and dining places are within walking distance as well.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very well-maintained and looks brand new. The room, closet, and bathroom were larger than a standard hotel room and included a nice kitchen area. We appreciated the opportunity to have our dog stay with us. Be aware that there is a pet fee, which is understandable. This hotel was an excellent value compared to other properties we've stay at nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall satisfactory. Howvere broken garbage disposal and microwave broken. However, stafff corrected the problems fairly quickly.

Had stayed there few times over the yrs. Wasn’t nearly as clean as before.
